Hello! My name is Victoria and I have been providing therapy for 7 years. I am fully licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina and have had my private practice for 5 years. My primary specialty is treating OCD but I do see clients for a myriad of reasons including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life stressors, low self-esteem, and attachment issues. I have thoroughly enjoyed working in this field and having the honor to see my clients make progress towards living the life they want to live.
Thank you for visiting my practice! I have been offering counseling and psychotherapy to clients since 2007, with the addition of teletherapy in 2017. Later I earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I am currently licensed in North Carolina as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and in South Carolina as a licensed independent social worker (LISW-CP).

Meaning that you are able to learn skills and tools that work for you and apply them well beyond our time together, ultimately improving your overall quality of life. My approach is collaborative, not authoritative. Consider me your teammate when it comes to improving your mental and emotional health.

I know it takes courage to reach out for support. If you’re here, you’ve already taken an important first step. I look forward to meeting you and working together toward the meaningful change you’re ready for.
Do you feel isolated, alone, and misunderstood as a woman struggling with alcohol, anxiety, or self-worth?
Do you find yourself stuck in the same patterns—overdrinking, people-pleasing, or self-sabotaging—even when you want change?
Is it hard to slow down, be present, or sit with your thoughts—without reaching for distraction or alcohol?
Do you feel as if you are always in “go mode,” even when you’re exhausted?
Are you focused on others’ needs instead of your own?
Are you hesitant to talk to others about your problems?
I believe that meaningful change begins with understanding and self-compassion. You already carry the capacity for growth and healing, but sometimes we need support to recognize it. Therapy offers a fresh perspective to help you break free from old patterns, develop new skills, and respond more intentionally to life’s challenges.
My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where curiosity replaces self-criticism, and where your strengths, resilience, and well-being are at the center of the work we do together.

Hi. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in North Carolina. I received my graduate degree from Appalachian State University. I have been in practice for five years. I have worked as a Medical Social worker for ten years prior to licensure and am familiar with folks living (and thriving) with chronic health conditions. I have worked in rural communities doing therapy in homes as well. I have seen amany facits of peoples lives and am grateful to have been allowed to be a part of their journey.
I am a veteran of the helping professions, having served since 1982 in some capacity or another, and I still find excitement in the possibility of helping those who need such assistance. I am currently licensed in two states, both North Carolina and Pennsylvania. I find many people respond to my ability to simply listen and that shows that they do not often feel they have been heard and sometimes this is all that is necessary to start the journey to begin healing. Certainly more is often required, and helping people connect with effective treatments whether provided by myself or not is the best help that can be given.
Hi, I’m Michelle. If you’re feeling stuck in anxiety, constantly worrying, or struggling with feeling “not good enough,” you’re not alone, and there’s nothing wrong with you. Many of the people I work with carry the weight of past experiences, family wounds, or trauma that still show up in their daily lives in ways they don’t always understand.
In our work together, I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin to heal. I use approaches like EMDR and CBT to help you process painful experiences, calm anxious thoughts, and build a stronger sense of self-worth. For those who would like, I also integrate faith into counseling in a way that feels natural and supportive.
I work mostly with adults who are ready for change but may not know where to start. My goal is to help you feel more at peace, more confident, and more connected, not just in sessions, but in everyday life too.
Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida and NC. I received my Master of Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, TX., and have been practicing in North Carolina and Florida for since 2018. I am also certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ADHD, and Parent Instructor.
You are stressed and filled with anxiety. Your thoughts are negative and you lack self-confidence. You feel so overwhelmed by emotions that you no longer know what you feel. Or maybe you are emotionally shutdown and just feel numb. Past traumatic events cause you to react to life in unhealthy ways. Intrusive thoughts keep distracting you from what you need to do each day. And you don’t understand why or how to change it.
If any of this sounds familiar, there is hope! It is possible to retrain your brain and to develop different ways of thinking about life. You can stop automatically reacting and learn to thoughtfully respond to stressors. I would love to work with you and help you better manage thoughts and stressful emotions.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Christian therapist, prophetic voice,Mentor, and ministry leader called to help people heal, rebuild, and step fully into their God-given identity. I am a safe place for the strong ones—the pastors, ministry leaders, women of faith, and those who are rebuilding after life has tried to break them.
My assignment is to help them confront what has wounded them, heal at the root, and rise again with clarity, boundaries, and renewed purpose.
I am also a builder and reformer. I don’t just comfort people, I help them rebuild their lives, their identity, and their leadership from a healthier foundation. Through my therapy, teaching, and ministry, I create environments where people can be honest, go deeper, and experience transformation that impacts both their personal life and their calling.
This is not just Therapist this is a transformational experience.
