I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who helps individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. My approach combines Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to address the roots of distress and promote lasting change. I provide culturally sensitive, experiential therapy that honors your identity, values, and lived experiences. Whether we are reprocessing painful memories, exploring parts of yourself, or engaging in present-moment experiences, I create a compassionate and collaborative space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, your story, and what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your goals, your current challenges, and what’s most important for you right now. This is also your chance to get a feel for my style and ask any questions you have about the therapy process. Together, we’ll discuss what approaches might be the best fit for your needs and set an initial plan for our work. My priority is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can share openly and feel supported from day one.
My greatest strength as a therapist is my ability to blend deep compassion with direct, actionable guidance. I use an integrative approach drawing from Internal Family Systems, EMDR, EFT, and experiential methods to meet each client exactly where they are. I create a culturally sensitive, affirming space that honors your unique background and lived experiences. Clients often share that they feel truly seen, understood, and supported while also being gently challenged to grow. I focus on helping you get to the root of what’s keeping you stuck, so you can experience meaningful and lasting change, not just temporary relief.
I specialize in working with women who are feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or navigating significant life transitions. This may include relationship challenges, anxiety, burnout, boundary struggles, trauma recovery, low self-worth, or difficulty trusting themselves after years of self-abandonment. My clients are often ready to better understand their emotional patterns, strengthen self-trust, regulate their nervous system, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Together, we focus on healing, clarity, and helping you become more grounded, self-led, and aligned in the life you’re creating.
