What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will start with a brief introduction, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will allow me to create a plan for us to work as we move through our sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked in public health for 15 years and understanding how our environment influences our life. The past 6 years I approach each of my clients compassion, kindness and love. I am greatful for my opportunity to work in a middle school to see how environment also plays a role in the emotional backgroud of individuals. Having worked with parents in public heath and mental health I have learned the importance of family when it comes to an individual emotional bank.
