New to Grow
My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each individual. I draw from science-based therapies to support healing on both emotional and nervous system levels. This may include trauma-focused work, nervous system regulation skills, mindfulness, somatic (body-based) practices, cognitive and behavioral strategies, and practical tools to support everyday life. Together, we will work at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you. Therapy may focus on processing experiences, building emotional regulation skills, increasing mind-body awareness, strengthening boundaries, and creating healthier patterns that extend beyond the therapy room.
You can expect a compassionate, collaborative, and structured approach that honors your readiness, boundaries, and unique experiences. I also encourage active participation in the healing process, including openness to trying new practices, reflection between sessions, and ongoing feedback so our work together feels meaningful and effective for you.
As a therapist, I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel truly heard, valued, and validated in their experiences. My work is grounded in deep empathy, active listening, and a calm, steady presence that helps clients navigate even the most challenging moments. I adapt my approach to honor each person’s unique story, culture, and goals, using research- backed practices to support meaningful growth. Committed to lifelong learning, I continually expand my skills to offer the most effective care possible.
Taking the first step toward healing and growth can feel vulnerable, and I’m glad you’re here. Talking through problems can be incredibly helpful—especially when you feel truly heard and understood. At the same time, many people find that insight alone is not enough to create lasting change. This is especially true when working with trauma, anxiety, panic, emotional overwhelm, nervous system dysregulation, or longstanding patterns that continue despite self-awareness. Many of our struggles are held not only in the mind, but also in the body and nervous system. Because of this, healing often requires more than traditional talk therapy alone. Other specialties
I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I've been using CBT in my practice for eleven years. It's helped many clients challenge recurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We'll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact with one another. We'll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a more relaxed and less stressful life.
Cognitive Processing (CPT)
I use Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help clients process and recover from trauma, PTSD, and painful life experiences. CPT focuses on identifying unhelpful beliefs and thought patterns that develop after trauma and replacing them with more balanced, empowering perspectives. Through a structured, supportive approach, clients often experience reduced distress, improved emotional regulation, and greater confidence in moving forward.
Humanistic
My approach is grounded in humanistic therapy, which focuses on helping clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. I believe people have the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change when they are met with empathy, authenticity, and compassion. Together, we explore your experiences, strengths, values, and goals to help you build greater self-awareness, confidence, and fulfillment
Eclectic
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, meaning I draw from a variety of research backed therapy methods to meet your unique needs, goals, and personality. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy by integrating techniques from different modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), flash technique, emotional freedom technique, mindfulness-based approaches and trauma-informed care. I believe that each person’s experiences and challenges are different, so therapy should be flexible, collaborative, and individualized. Together, we will identify what is most helpful for you while building insight, practical coping skills, emotional resilience, and meaningful personal growth in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.
