Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Master of Social Work in New York City. I received my Masters of Social Work from the New York University-Washington Square Campus and provided behavioral health services for 10 years +. I help individuals, groups and families who are struggling with life transitions and/or have difficulty processing unresolved trauma from child or adulthood that is impacting their ability to be the best version of themselves.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is skilled in numerous modalities that includes both EMDR and sensorimotor therapies. My specialties go to the root of the problem and finds the silver thread or in therapeutic terms the neurobiological network that connects the negative beliefs inherent in all the trauma the patient experienced. In addition to my trauma training I earned my RPT (registered play therapist) and I have extensive knowledge of child development and counseling children and adolescents. I am willing to counsel adolescents online but children younger than 12 must be seen in person.
