I am a 40 year old native of central/upstate NY- right outside of Rochester. I am a mom to a 3.5 year old daughter which is where my time and energy is spent outside of being a Therapist. I mostly enjoy traveling, watching documentaries, cooking/baking, and learning about German culture. I find myself very easy-going, down to earth and have a huge passion for helping others!

My specialties consist of relationships, men’s issues, career counseling, and psychosomatic illnesses. I received my Bachelors degree in Child Psychology, working initially with the adolescent population before transitioning over to adults. I then received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy.
