About me

Hi, my name is [Your Full Name], and I’m a licensed therapist with a passion for supporting individuals through healing, growth, and self-discovery. I specialize in working with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and relational challenges. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative, integrating evidence-based practices such as EMDR and mindfulness to help clients feel more grounded and empowered. I believe in creating a safe space where every client feels seen, heard, and supported.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is really about getting to know you. It’s a space where you can begin sharing what’s been going on in your life — what’s feeling heavy, what brought you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to get out of this process. I’ll also ask some background questions to better understand your history, your support system, and any important life experiences that may be impacting you today. There's no pressure to share everything right away — we’ll move at your pace. We’ll talk about how therapy works, your rights as a client, confidentiality, and what kind of approach I use in my work (like EMDR, talk therapy, or other trauma-informed methods). If you have any questions, I’ll make sure to answer them clearly. Most importantly, the first session is about building trust and helping you feel comfortable. It’s okay to feel nervous — many people do. My goal is to make sure you feel supported, safe, and respected every step of the way.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Deep Empathy + Direct Honesty I create a warm, emotionally safe space where you can show up fully as yourself — while also being gently challenged to grow. I’m not afraid to go deep, but I always do it with compassion and care. Trauma-Informed and Integrative I draw from several evidence-based modalities, including EMDR and Brainspotting, and tailor each session to your unique needs and goals. I see you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. Warm, Relatable, and Culturally Sensitive I bring a down-to-earth, realness to the therapy room that helps clients feel comfortable quickly. My work is deeply informed by cultural and religious sensitivity, especially when working with individuals from observant or traditional backgrounds. Empowerment-Oriented I help you reconnect with your voice, your boundaries, and your sense of safety. Even if life feels overwhelming or chaotic, I’m here to support you in rediscovering your inner strength. Balance of Insight + Action I believe therapy should be both meaningful and useful. I’ll help you explore the "why" behind your patterns, while also offering tools, strategies, and structure to support real change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Hi, I’m Pearl, and if you’re feeling stuck, anxious, or weighed down by things you can’t quite name — you’re in the right place. I help people like you who are tired of carrying the past on their shoulders and want to feel more grounded, safe, and truly themselves. I use a warm, supportive approach, integrating EMDR and other trauma-informed methods to gently help you process what’s holding you back — whether it’s old wounds, present stress, or confusing emotions. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. My goal is to give you a space where you feel seen, heard, and deeply supported — so you can move forward with clarity, strength, and peace. If you’re ready to stop just coping and start truly healing, I’d be honored to walk with you on that journey.
