I would describe my approach to therapy to be collaborative, authentic, and I aim to instill hope for a more positive future for my clients in a safe and non-judgmental space. I not only take time to understand why you are deciding to begin therapy, but I make an effort to understand your strengths that we can utilize during our work together to help us reach your goals.

I primarily use CBT and DBT to help clients achieve more skillful ways of coping.

I believe these elements are integrated and transactional, so I take the time to teach relevant skills and explore how we can enhance your life by addressing these different areas and bringing balance in thoughts, behavior, and how you handle emotions.
