provide a practical, goal-oriented approach to therapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients better understand and change unhelpful thought and behavior patterns. I work with individuals experiencing challenges such as Anxiety disorder, Depression, and stress, supporting them in building effective coping skills and confidence. My style is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you make meaningful, lasting changes in your daily life.
In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about your current concerns, background, and what you’d like to get out of our work together. Using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach, we’ll begin identifying patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and start setting clear, achievable goals. You can also expect time to ask questions, talk about what therapy will look like, and make sure you feel comfortable with the process. By the end of the session, you’ll have a better sense of direction and, in many cases, a few practical strategies to begin working on right away.
What stands out about my approach is that it is highly practical, structured, and focused on real-life change. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help clients not only understand their challenges, but actively work on them through clear strategies and skill-building. I emphasize collaboration and transparency, so you’ll always know what we’re working on and why. Sessions are goal-oriented, and I often incorporate exercises and between-session practices to help you see progress more quickly. Many clients appreciate that our work leads to tangible results—feeling more in control of their thoughts, responding differently to stress, and breaking patterns that have kept them stuck.
I am best positioned to serve individuals who are experiencing distress related to unhelpful thought patterns, emotional dysregulation, and maladaptive behaviors, and who are motivated to engage in a structured, goal-oriented therapeutic process. My approach aligns well with clients who are seeking practical tools and measurable progress rather than open-ended exploration. I work effectively with clients presenting with concerns such as Anxiety disorder, Depression, Post-traumatic stress disorder, and Obsessive-compulsive disorder, as well as individuals struggling with stress, anger management, low self-esteem, and life transitions. These clients often experience persistent negative thinking patterns, avoidance behaviors, or difficulty managing overwhelming emotions.
