I am a licensed clinical social worker who enjoys helping people who feel lonely, overwhelmed, and often misunderstood. I am interested in listening to your worries, concerns and self doubts. Together we can craft a joint plan toward identifying and using inner strengths to build positive ways to cope with life's challenges. I would love to meet you and get you started feeling better.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I like my clients to know that I am most interested in hearing them talk about what brought them to therapy at this point in time and listening to what is most troublesome for them. Any treatment plan I make will be followed or amended to meet their approval as we begin working together and all throughouut treatment.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have been able to help clients feel respected and understood. I use their personal experiences, thoughts and feelings about those experiences to help them find ways to cope and live their lives more confidently and peacefully.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am compassionate about helping clients identify what is causing their distress whether it comes from thoughts, behaviors, emotions, circumstances or any other identifiable way. I am dedicated to work with anyone who is willing to work together with me to improve their sense of wholeness and are motivated to do whatever it takes to make beneficial improvements to their quality of life.

My treatment methods

Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy

This allows me to help identify areas which may be problematic so that I can engage fully in a treatment plan which clients find most helpful and therapeutic.

Mind-body approach

I find clients benefit from understanding how thoughts, emotions and habits can be improved by learning how our bodies respond. Including physical responses in work with clients can help clients learn to cope and comfort themselves as difficult changes can prove overshelming.
