New to Grow
Hello, my name is Kristine, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based on Long Island. Since graduating from Fordham University in 2008, I have worked with a variety of populations in different clinical settings, supporting individuals through many of life’s challenges. In my current full-time role, I provide support to patients and families in hospice care, helping them navigate end-of-life experiences with compassion and empathy. I bring that same supportive approach to my private practice, where I strive to create a safe space for clients to process, heal, and grow. Everyone’s journey is unique, and I am here to help guide and support you along the way.
During the first session, we will work together to identify your goals and discuss what treatment will look like for you. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine the level of support that best fits your needs, whether that’s weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions. From there, we begin the process of helping you move toward healing and growth.
With my wide range of clinical experience, I have developed a strong understanding of many of the challenges individuals and families face. I have worked with families navigating the OPWDD system, adoption journeys, and CPS/APS involvement, as well as supporting patients and families through end-of-life care. This diverse experience has helped me grow as a clinician and allows me to truly meet people where they are in their lives with compassion, understanding, and support.
My main focus is helping people navigate the many phases of life. We all face challenges and, at times, need compassionate, unbiased support. My practice serves a wide range of individuals, from young adults to older adults, with care tailored to each person’s unique experiences and needs. Whether you are a recent college graduate, navigating fertility or adoption challenges, or coping with end-of-life concerns, I am here to support you every step of the way. From our very first phone call and throughout each session, my goal is to provide a supportive space where you can process, heal, and grow.
I identify as
Eclectic
My primary goal is to meet your therapeutic needs. I believe therapy should be as fluid and adaptable as the individual, which is why I tailor my approach rather than relying on a single method.
