I am a feminist, a gender affirming, LGBTQIA+ advocate and supporter, and I know that one person can make a difference. If you need that person, come walk with me. If you are that person, let's work together to support the one who needs you. I believe that people know themselves best - you are the expert on yourself. I will suggest ideas and I hope that you'll try them and then give me feedback about what worked and what didn't. Therapy is a journey that we walk together. If that sounds like a good fit for you, let's meet.
