New to Grow
As a therapist, my goal is to help you reach your goals. I offer therapeutic services by becoming a safe space to provide non judgmental guidance and support. My approach to counseling reflects your needs as you are the center of the therapeutic relationship. Life can be challenging, but you don't have to go through life's journey on your own. I have several years of experience working with adolescents, adults and couples in various settings. Allow me to assist you in navigating stressors, parenting, depression, anxiety, change, addiction, PTSD, trauma, esteem, behaviors, loss or trauma to enhance your well being, improve coping and problem solving. I would love to support you in meeting your needs.
In our first session, I’ll walk you through what therapy looks like and what you can expect from our work together. We’ll talk about what brings you in, your goals, and any questions or concerns you might have about the process. I’ll also share how I approach therapy—what treatment might involve, what your role is, and how we’ll track progress together. The first session is about building a foundation for trust, clarity, and collaboration. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—just come as you are.
With years of experience in the field, I bring a grounded and compassionate presence to therapy. Clients often tell me they feel at ease in our sessions—welcomed, heard, and never judged. I take a relaxed but direct approach, helping you get to the heart of what’s going on while offering encouragement and support along the way. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself, feel safe to explore challenges, and build real, lasting change at your own pace.
I work well with individuals who are curious about themselves and open to personal growth—whether they're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions. You don’t need to have it all figured out; you just need to be willing to explore what’s getting in the way. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and walks of life, and I strive to create a nonjudgmental, collaborative space where real change can happen.
I'm a licensed therapist specializing in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns and develop practical tools to manage anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can gain clarity, build resilience, and make meaningful change.
