About me

I’m a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping high-functioning individuals navigate trauma, relationship challenges, overthinking, and the stressors of everyday life. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a holistic, spiritually-informed perspective (not tied to any religion), creating space for both practical tools and deeper personal insight. I aim to support clients in finding clarity, balance, and lasting healing.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your goals, challenges, and strengths, and together we’ll begin shaping a plan that feels realistic and supportive. My priority is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and leave with a sense of direction.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist are blending practical, research-based strategies with a warm, grounded presence. I have a gift for taking complex clinical concepts and making them easy to understand and apply in everyday life. I’m also deeply intuitive and bring a creative, poetic lens to my work — often using metaphors or vivid language to ensure my clients and I are always on the same page. This balance of science, heart, and creativity allows me to meet clients where they are and guide them toward real, lasting growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are individuals who are ready to explore their inner world and make practical changes in their daily lives. Many are navigating stress, relationship patterns, or the impact of past experiences and want a safe, non-judgmental space to grow. I especially enjoy working with people who are motivated to understand themselves more deeply and are open to trying new tools for healing.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and shift unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior. Together, we explore the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions, and I provide practical tools clients can use in daily life to reduce stress, manage emotions, and improve overall well-being. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each client’s unique needs
