Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I’m honored you’re considering me as part of your journey. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself-without fear of judgement.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping adults navigate life's challenges with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based care. I specialize in working with adults living with chronic illnesses, as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, and addiction. I understand that managing a chronic health condition can affect every aspect of life—from relationships and work to identity and emotional well-being—and you don't have to face those challenges alone.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe therapy isn't about "fixing" you—it's about helping you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to move through life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
My name is Kesha Molden and I have been a counselor for 5 years, I believe that compassion is central to effective therapy and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, respected, and understood. My passion for this work is deeply personal. My commitment to the field was shaped by my own experiences with mental health challenges and trauma, which allow me to bring genuine empathy and authenticity into the therapeutic relationship.
I'm Fred. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with experience in both medical and behavioral health settings, specializing in anxiety, trauma, and addictions. My approach is practical and collaborative — rooted in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and supported by evidence-based tools. I provide a safe, judgment-free space where clients can challenge unhelpful patterns, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with what matters most.
I work with high-performing professionals who are exhausted from carrying too much responsibility for too long. Many of my clients are leaders, healthcare providers, executives, and driven individuals who appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally depleted behind the scenes.
Before becoming a full-time therapist, I served in senior healthcare leadership roles, including Regional Vice President. I understand the pressure of performance plans, regulatory scrutiny, organizational instability, and the silent weight of being the person everyone else depends on.
In therapy, we focus on restoring clarity, rebuilding emotional resilience, and addressing the root causes of anxiety, trauma, and chronic stress. My approach integrates evidence-based cognitive and trauma-informed interventions with practical, real-world strategies that support both professional and personal stability.
If you are a high-achieving individual who feels stuck, overextended, or quietly unraveling under pressure, you are not weak. You are overloaded. Together, we will recalibrate your nervous system, strengthen your internal narrative, and restore sustainable performance without sacrificing your well-being.
Looking through endless therapist profiles can be exhausting when you're already struggling. Let me make this simple: I don't sugarcoat things. I'm here to actively work with you, not just listen and nod like a sounding board. Working together, we can actually change what's not working by developing practical skills that are effective and easy to use. I've witnessed countless journeys of growth and healing and I believe wholeheartedly in your capacity for change. I work well with all kinds of people, and I especially click with gamers, students, and musicians - shared interests tend to lead to a better therapeutic connection.
I collaborate with my clients to develop goals and plans to meet those goals by working to understand what motivates you and pushes you to grow and change. I have a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
My name is Molly Pennell and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker living in Indiana. I have been working with individuals and families for over 10 years in varying roles in community mental health and in the school systems. I have been working as a Licensed Social Worker for 4 years and have offered therapy to adults and adolescents. I believe everyone has internal and external strengths that can offer resilience during life’s most difficult challenges. I have spent time with several different populations of people in many different stages of life, all experiencing a challenge of some kind. One common theme I often see is the need for hope and connection. In my practice, it is important to build trust with individuals and incorporate hope, connection, and support as they pull from their strengths and work toward their goals. I believe in a strengths-based approach and can offer experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Polyvagal Therapy, and connecting to and navigating systems of care and resources.
Now Accepting New Clients.
Navigating through the journey of life we inevitably run into hindrances that challenge our momentum. Change is hard and can often be sudden and unpredictable, leaving us without the proper tools to cope with these changes. We have to learn to acclimate to our surroundings on our terms. Whether it's a traumatic response, addiction, grief and loss, anxiety, loss of confidence, feeling lost and overwhelmed, feelings of depression or stagnation, there's hope. It takes courage to look into a mirror and see who's looking back, it takes strength to want to make a change and hope to inspire change.
My goal is to inspire Hope. To inspire people to look inward and see what is there, what already exists. I want to see people believe in themselves. My goal is to assist people in regaining a strong and confident sense of self.
During 25 years of professional work experience, I have helped clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

I am EMDR Certified (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and I hold the credential of ACCTS (Advanced Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist) from the Arizona Trauma Institute. Additionally, I hold a CAADC (Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor) from the Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals. In my practice now, I bring a theoretical framework tailored to the needs of the person being served. My technical skills include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), co-occurring treatment, IFS for EMDR Therapists (Internal Family Systems), Motivational Interviewing, TF-CBT, and working with complex trauma and dissociation.
Clinically, I am interested in meeting people where they are at, creating a safe space, and working along side them to achieve their personal goals. I believe in a holistic approach (mind/body/spirit) to treating the whole person, and in each person's innate capacity for resilience and healing with effective support. Nothing is more rewarding that helping others on their journey, as they strive to live life to the fullest. Building on personal strengths, while employing evidence based practices in a compassionate, ethical, and effective manner is my approach. I enjoy incorporating somatic work, meditation, mindfulness, and light yoga into my practice for those that are comfortable. I am fully immersed in my own holistic self-care journey, and believe in intentional practice of the tools I share with others.
I am passionate about helping individuals find hope and healing by the process of therapy. I have a holistic approach to understanding my clients and seek to capitalize on their strengths and talents. I view therapy as a collaborative process. I welcome all parts of you to this space, including your Christian faith. As we work together, it is my goal to support you, encourage you, and help you to make sense of your past as you disentangle it from your present. My office is a caring and safe environment to begin transforming your pain to growth.
In 2017, I received my training at Christian Theological Seminary (CTS) in Indianapolis, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling; Later in 2022, I obtained a Doctor of Ministry degree in Practical Theology with a focus on Pastoral Care at CTS. My training focused on psychodynamic theories and techniques in working with individuals, and my theoretical orientation is eclectic as I draw on various therapies and techniques to meet the unique needs of each client; psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered and motivational interviewing are some regularly used approaches.
I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), having 5+ years of serving individuals with mental health concerns and life challenges. The goal is to walk alongside, support, and challenge people as we work together in meeting therapy goals.

Hello and welcome! I am Sierra Lenczycki and I am an LCSW based in Indiana. I graduated with my master's degree from Indiana University in 2019. I have been working as a therapist and counselor since 2019. Welcome. As a board-certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a decade of professional experience, I have chosen to dedicate a large portion of my practice to the unique needs of older adults. I deeply respect the decision to seek guidance during significant life changes. My expertise is focused on helping clients successfully manage the challenges that often come with aging, including adjusting to retirement, coping with the loss of loved ones, navigating health diagnoses, managing difficult family dynamics, and finding strategies for better sleep and reduced worry. I also treat adults 18 and older who are experiencing relational stressors, life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and insomnia.
Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I received my degree from Indiana University and currently live in Indiana with 2 dogs, 2 horses and a cat. I have over 5 years of experience seeing clients in an office setting, or via telehealth for traditional therapy, as well as play therapy, and animal assisted therapy for in person sessions. I see teens, and adults for telehealth, to assist with developing coping skills, insight, and improved self-care to live life with greater ease, and less distress.
Stop. Unclench your jaw. Relax your shoulders. Breath. My practice has been focused on decreasing the effects of trauma, depression, and anxiety in both adults and children through a mind and body approach. While working with children and adults there is a focus on the present while relieving symptoms caused by the past. Therapy is a relationship between a provider and client that supports positive change. I have witnessed these changes while working with each of my clients and as a client myself. I truly believe that I can help you and/or your children improve your mood and decrease negative behaviors.

I'm Cheri Counterman, LCSW. I've been working as a therapist and medical social worker for over a decade. I've worked with clients who have had a wide range of concerns like depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, trauma, and many more. For therapeutic modalities, I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) but also utilize other forms of therapy like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Person-Centered Therapy. I am passionate about learning new therapeutic skills and attend yearly trainings to stay on top of new evidence-based therapies to help my clients.
I know that asking for help can be one of the most vulnerable things we do as humans. That's why it's so important to me to make sure your time with me is as comfortable as possible. My goal is to create an open, safe space where you can feel supported in whatever you need from me.
I believe that all people are valuable and deserve love and support no matter what they've been through. Hi there! I'm Ross (he/him), and I'm so happy you are making the steps to focus on your mental health. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should feel like a safe, affirming space where you can be your authentic self without judgement. Because of this I focus primarily on using affirmative therapy as my main modality.
I specialize in working with young adults and adults, especially those in the LGBTQIA+ community, who may be navigating identity, relationships, anxiety, or life transitions. I also have experience with assisting those experiencing burnout whether from caregiving, work, or from other aspects of life!
My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, which means I'll meet you where you are, honor your experiences, and support you in building the confidence and tools you need to thrive. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, identity development, relationships, or navigating life in general I'd be happy to support you and walk with you through that journey.
I know it can be overwhelming to start therapy, but you don't have to go through this alone and I'd be honored to support you through those challenging times. Together, we'll focus on your strengths, explore what's meaningful to you, and help you move forward feeling more grounded, empowered, and understood.
Something brought you here today. Maybe it's the exhaustion of always being on edge, or a sense that your body hasn't felt safe in a very long time. Whatever it was, I'm glad you followed it.
I'm a trauma-informed Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Indiana and Montana. I've spent my career walking alongside people through some of life's most complicated terrain: trauma, identity, nervous system overwhelm, and the quiet grief that comes from feeling like you've never quite fit.
My work is rooted in somatic and relational approaches, which means we pay attention not just to your thoughts and story, but to what your body has been carrying. Healing isn't only a cognitive process. It lives in the nervous system, and I'll help you learn to work with yours.
I specialize in trauma, particularly the kind rooted in childhood, relationships, and the experience of moving through the world in a brain that works differently. I work with neurodivergent adults who are discovering and exploring later in life that there's always been a name for the way their mind works. For many, this realization brings both relief and grief. And parents of neurodivergent children who are stretched thin and searching for steadier ground.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I don't take lightly the courage it takes to reach out. My goal is simple: to create a space where you feel genuinely understood. Not managed, not diagnosed, just met.
I'm so glad you're here.
I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and an entrepreneur. I own two small businesses outside of my counseling work. I enjoy being outdoors (unless it's too cold!), spending time with my kids, and reading. I am the chair of my local Commission on Aging and of our Dementia Friendly Action Team. I am looking forward to meeting you!

In addition to addiction recovery, I have extensive experience working with clients facing unresolved childhood trauma, anxiety, anger management, depression, adjustment challenges, grief and loss, marital concerns, and low self-esteem. I also work with individuals who may feel stuck or unfulfilled and are seeking greater clarity and purpose in their lives. I believe every person has a unique path, and my role is to help illuminate possibilities, build on strengths, and support lasting change.
In addition to my work as a therapist, I also bring experience as a veterinary social worker, which has deepened my understanding of the emotional challenges that can come with caregiving, grief, loss, and life transitions. This background allows me to offer added compassion and support, especially for clients navigating the unique bond between humans and animals or the stress that can come with caring for a beloved pet.
With a warm and collaborative style, I strive to make therapy feel approachable, respectful, and genuinely connected to each client’s needs. I bring curiosity, care, and intention to my work, and I value helping clients navigate challenges while also reconnecting with their sense of self, purpose, and direction. My practice, Infinite Pathways, reflects my belief that there is more than one way forward, and that healing often begins when people feel supported in discovering what works best for them.

I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, substance use, and co-occurring concerns. I’m nonjudgmental and accepting of all walks of life- LGBTQIA+ individuals are welcome.
I didn’t get into therapy to “fix” people, I use my practice to guide and help find new ways of doing or looking at things. I love being able to track the progress my clients make when they utilize the skills we’ve talked about in session. I use a mix of Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for most cases. For those suffering from PTSD, I use my Certified Clinical Trauma Professional training which includes somatic (body) work along with narrative work, all of which is grounded in the neuroscience of trauma. I have my Perinatal Mental Health Certificate as well, meaning I am aptly trained to help with anyone transitioning into new parenthood. Anxious? Worried all the time? Having panic attacks? Well, you're not alone and I can help! In recent years, anxiety has become one of the most common mental health concerns out there and it can leave you distracted, breathless, overwhelmed and feeling out of control. Symptoms of general anxiety, panic disorders, health anxiety, OCD and PTSD can be difficult to navigate, especially when you feel alone and don't know where to start.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor, and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. I have been in the counseling field for over 25 years. I've worked in private practice throughout that time but have also worked in the criminal justice and community mental health settings, helping people with anxiety, depression, and addictions.
I work primarily with adults using cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I like helping people learn the neuroscience behind anxiety and build skills to manage it better. I love seeing people take back some of the power they feel they've lost to anxiety or helping them see the light at the end of the tunnel in depression or addiction. Taking the first step is one of the hardest, but things can feel better for you.
Are you looking for your life to be different somehow, but you aren't sure exactly what that would look like, or how to make it happen? I can help you identify your most pressing issues, then help you identify solutions that you believe will work and support you while you start to implement changes. I believe you are the most likely person to be able to identify your best solutions, and perhaps all you need is encouragement and acceptance to get started.
I work from a background of existential theory (the idea that our human experiences are shared and we are all looking for meaning, purpose, satisfying relationships, and personal freedom), and I blend cognitive behavioral theory (CBT), motivational interviewing, radical acceptance, and humor into therapy. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a method of learning the connections between our actions, our feelings, our thoughts, and our physical sensations. Motivational interviewing (MI) is a way to encourage positive changes without it feeling overwhelming or scary.
I believe every person deserves care, concern, and a safe space to explore their feelings without judgment or fear. I aim to be easy to talk to, an excellent and attentive listener, and always supportive. I sometimes recommend helpful assignments in between therapy sessions to help you practice new skills and learn hidden truths about yourself. I help people who have been codependent on their partner to become freer to make their own decisions and to trust their partner to do the same. I can help you learn specific techniques to lessen the symptoms of your anxiety, depression, and sleep disturbances.

Hi I'm Kelly! I am an LMHC with a background in Art Therapy. I have been in the field for 5 years and have worked with a wide variety of clients and therapeutic settings. These range from residential settings for survivors of trauma to adults attempting to build structure into their life in outpatient clinics. Everyone comes to therapy at different starting points. I will meet you where you are and work with you to build an outlook on where you want to be.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of New York and Indiana. I have a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University-Los Angeles. Previously, I had a 30 year career in the Film & Television industry. My passions were, the Film business & Psychology. I said to myself, the day I become disinterested in the Film business, I'll go to graduate school, get my degree in psychology and become a psychotherapist. That day came and here I am. I have been practicing since 2009.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over two decades of experience supporting adults through periods of stress, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen, understood, and supported.
I take a warm, collaborative approach to therapy and work to create a space that feels steady, thoughtful, and safe. I draw from psychodynamic, attachment-based, and trauma-informed perspectives to help clients better understand emotional patterns, strengthen coping skills, and navigate challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion.
Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning and capable, yet feel overwhelmed or disconnected beneath the surface. Others are moving through significant transitions and are looking for support as they sort through emotions, relationships, or long-standing patterns. Therapy with me is paced intentionally and tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and life circumstances.
Clients often describe me as calm, supportive, and insightful. My goal is to help you feel grounded and supported while working toward meaningful, sustainable change.
Hi, I'm a regular gal, with adult kids & have been working in this field since 1990. I will never say I have 'seen it all', as I haven't. I have a pretty good sense of humor, along with a quiet side. Therapy is a place to look inward, to figure it out. I will walk along side of you as needed to do this.
