Hi, I’m Peter Curts.
I’m a therapist who believes that healing happens best in the context of safety, connection, and a bit of curiosity. I bring a steady, compassionate presence to the room—and just enough humor and realness to make things feel human. I use approaches like EMDR, IFS, and EFT to help people untangle old pain, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful change that lasts.
I’m a collaborative therapist who believes therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. You’re the expert on your life — I bring tools, perspective, and support — and together we figure out what helps you move forward.
I work a lot with trauma, depression, and anxiety, and I know how heavy those experiences can feel. Whether you’re overwhelmed, stuck in negative patterns, carrying past pain, or just exhausted from holding it all together, therapy can be a place where you don’t have to do that alone. We go at your pace, and we focus on what actually feels useful to you.
My approach blends CBT, DBT, and EMDR, along with other strategies depending on your needs. Some days that might look like learning concrete coping skills, other days it might mean processing deeper experiences, or just having a space to untangle what’s going on. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model — therapy should fit you.
I’m also a strong LGBTQI+ affirming ally and am committed to creating a space that is safe, inclusive, and judgment-free. All parts of you are welcome here.
My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build tools that actually work in real life, and feel more steady, confident, and in control of where your life is headed.
I utilize a holistic approach and adapt each counseling relationship to the individual’s personal needs, goals, and aspirations. This is done through a strengths-based, client-focused therapeutic approach to partner with you as you seek wholeness. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families as they seek to make necessary changes for cultivating a fulfilling and authentic life. It is my goal to identify your strengths, increase your self-awareness, and assist you in your journey. I specialize in anxiety, depression, faith based (Christian) counseling, pre-martial and martial counseling, life transitions, and identity issues.

I work with highly motivated and high achieving individuals and couples just like you to better manage and cope with stress, anxiety, trauma, life stressors, and other issues that may be holding you back from living the life you want. Together we can figure out what’s not working and implement strategies for change, growth, and healing. We will use an integrated, whole-person approach, focusing on mind, body, and spirit, and drawing from mindfulness and your own values to guide us.
Whether you have been struggling with anxiety, depression, or trauma for years, you are having difficulty adjusting to a life change or new role, or you find yourself in a difficult or conflictual relationship, I am here to help! Deciding to seek therapy can be scary but connecting with a therapist and beginning this journey is a big step toward living the life you want. Whether we work individually, or I join you and your partner, I will always meet you where you are and provide a safe space for you to grow and heal. In our work together you will always be met with empathy, compassion, and respect. I will utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches to help you overcome the challenges you are facing, create the change that you want, find acceptance and love for yourself, and put you firmly back in the driver’s seat of your life. I am a clinical psychologist with 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families/parenting styles. My philosophy as a psychologist is centered around the encouragement of trusting your personal knowledge as a base for layering on new coping skills, self-understanding, and ultimately growth as an individual. I want my clients to know that they are in a safe space for sharing, asking questions, and receiving helpful feedback that fits their specific personal needs. I use a variety of psychology treatment skills to fit the personal style of the client.
Let me help you overcome the challenges of daily living. My name is Scott with 35 years in the mental health field serving individuals and families just like you, who live in Indiana. I am licensed as an LMFT, licensed marriage and family therapist, LMHC, licensed mental health counselor, and LCAC, licensed clinical addictions counselor. Let me share my belief and philosophy on therapy and counseling! I believe that a therapist works best with a client when they take time to first understand the person, their background, and any and all knowledge that may help facilitate the process of therapy.
But it's not only that, right? It is important that, in therapy, we work to provide and cultivate a safe place to share, and a time to work on your concerns, so that you feel better and able to go forward in your life with greater resolve, and more peace of mind. We can do this! I have seen it happen all the time! You can feel better!
I work in solution focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, CBT, motivational interviewing, family systems therapy, and provide psychoeducation as needed as well. While I am not a medical professional and cannot make medical diagnoses, I am conversant with psychopharmacology and can help you perhaps clarify how to communicate with your medical provider.
Please feel free to call me. I see clients using telehealth at this time.

Hello, I'm Melissa.
Are you looking for a therapist who understands the challenges of raising a family in today's fast paced and stressful world? Do you find it difficult to feel comfortable talking to others about your real feelings because you don't want to be that vulnerable to anyone else?
I help individuals struggling with life balance and stress management. I have experience providing individual therapy to clients struggling with current life stressors due to past traumas. These past traumas can hold one back from moving forward in life and finding happiness.
I have experience working with diverse client populations. I have worked with children and adolescents in the Dept. of Child Services system, provided behavior support to individuals with developmental disabilities and have worked inpatient with children with dual diagnoses. I am also a single mother of two amazing children and understand on a personal level the stress of raising children, managing the house and maintaining a career.
I enjoy listening to others and helping them find the strengths they did not know they had. Life can be tough at times but having someone to talk through problems with can make the difficult times easier.

Life can be so challenging, and sometimes we can seem to lose our way – getting lost in the spinning, the confusion, the uncertainty. Emotions can feel like they spiral or swing so rapidly that it can feel difficult to find stable ground, let alone direction for our lives.
Maybe you have experienced this – that shift between anxiety & depression & irritability – that sense of feeling lost or struggling to see a way forward in your life.
Working with adults and seniors over the past 15 years, in inpatient settings, intensive outpatient treatment, and individual therapy, I am an empathetic ear and a believer that growth and change are always possible, no matter how lost we may feel.
I’m passionate about supporting people of culturally diverse backgrounds, ideas, identities and preferences and who want to improve their lives, work through their issues, and live authentically. I'm happy to help you with any of your mental health concerns.
I know how essential it is to have a safe space to grow. My therapeutic style is warm, direct, and collaborative and my clinical specialties include assisting in adjusting to major life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, communication difficulties, shame, discrimination and more.

Hello! I am Cassie and am an LCSW and LCAC in Indiana. I feel it is an honor to work with individuals to find what they are seeking in coming to therapy. I find that therapy is intimidating to a lot of people and strive to make people feel comfortable in their therapy journey. I have been practicing for approximately 15 years and continue to love serving others whom I have the pleasure to work with.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My background includes working with justice-involved adults and high-acuity clients, which has taught me the importance of meeting people exactly where they are—with compassion, respect, and a clear plan forward.
In our work together, I draw from evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. What that means in practice is that we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build skills to manage overwhelming emotions, and strengthen your ability to create healthier relationships with yourself and others.
My style is straightforward, supportive, and collaborative. I’ll encourage you to set meaningful goals, while also making space to process the deeper experiences that have shaped your story. I believe therapy works best when it feels both safe and practical—you should leave sessions with tools you can use right away, and also feel seen and understood in the bigger picture of your life.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is down-to-earth, honest, and committed to helping you make real changes, I’d be honored to work with you.

My approach to my work is very client centered but also engage person to person allowing my clients to feel more comfortable while still creating a therapeutic relationship and environment. I am goal focused and like to always I provide actions and tools for my clients so they are making continuous growth. I look at each person as an individual and use their strengths and talents to help them learn to express and walk through life's struggles. Hi, I'm Shannon!
As a counselor, it is my top priority to create an environment that fosters a healthy therapeutic alliance. This is the most critical component of client success, and my greatest professional joy. The habits we develop, no matter how maladaptive, were established to protect us. I strive to help individuals honor the coping mechanisms that were created, while simultaneously recognizing when these habits no longer serve us. You have the capacity to heal.
