Hello!! And, Welcome! Looking forward to meeting you!! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am licensed in Kentucky, Indiana, Kansas, Maine, Utah, and Nevada. I received my Masters from Western Kentucky University, and have been practicing for 28 years.
I help individuals, and couples to overcome "old programming", develop new and healing ways to see themselves and life, and utilize places of self-empowerment. Increasing one's relationship with oneself helps one to have greater relationships with others, and all other parts of life.
Are you looking for coping skills to manage anxiety? Welcome Illinois and Indiana residents. I've been a licensed mental health therapist for 23 years and have had a variety of different roles in the behavioral health field. I believe my personal and employment experiences over the years help to inform the way I am with clients today.
Reaching out for help or trying therapy for the first time can be stressful for some due to past trauma, fear of vulnerability, trust issues, the unknown, etc. If you've made it this far, I'm glad you're pushing through the uncomfortableness in hopes of finding new skills or techniques to help improve your current situation.
Let me help you overcome the challenges of daily living. My name is Scott with 35 years in the mental health field serving individuals and families just like you, who live in Indiana. Let me share my belief and philosophy on therapy and counseling! I believe that a therapist works best with a client when they take time to first understand the person, their background, and any and all knowledge that may help facilitate the process of therapy.
But it's not only that, right? It is important that, in therapy, we work to provide and cultivate a safe place to share, and a time to work on your concerns, so that you feel better and able to go forward in your life with greater resolve, and more peace of mind. We can do this! I have seen it happen all the time! You can feel better!
I work in solution focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, CBT, motivational interviewing, family systems therapy, and provide psychoeducation as needed as well. While I am not a medical professional and cannot make medical diagnoses, I am conversant with psychopharmacology and can help you perhaps clarify how to communicate with your medical provider.
Please feel free to call me. I see clients using telehealth at this time.

I specialize in helping clients navigate complex relationships, chronic stress, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions—especially when high-conflict people or emotionally confusing dynamics are involved. This is a personal passion of mine, as I want to share, support, and learn from others going through medical diagnosis, treatment, and after-care. Hello, I am so glad you are here! Life can be overwhelming at any stage of life and challenges that we face can make this even more difficult. It can be hard to know where to start to make changes or where to turn to for help. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Addictions Counselor (LCAC) based in Indiana. I received my Masters from Indiana University and have been practicing for more than twenty years. I provide that listening ear that so many of us need. It is my goal to help those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and/or other mood disorders increase their understanding of these emotions as well as how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected in order to empower you to live your best life.
As an integrated practitioner (therapist, meditation coach, and yoga teacher), I offer a modality that shifts the focus from "fixing" to "realizing." Unlike approaches that seek to modify internal content—such as thoughts or feelings—to achieve stability, we anchor our work in the unwavering integrity that is already present within you. The core of our collaboration rests on the capacity to embrace the present moment, requiring radical openness, unreserved honesty, and a willingness to soften old patterns of resistance. I bring deep competence in supporting individuals navigating the challenges of trauma, substance dependency, and neurodiversity, informed by my own lived experience with AuDHD. As a veteran, I understand the unique barriers and strengths involved in service-related transition and trauma, emphasizing that the depth of our work is proportional to the sincerity of engagement. This process is a shared inquiry where I act as a mirror and a compass, guiding you toward the innate wisdom that already holds the answers; the true authority resides in your own developing awareness. I provide secure online sessions in Indiana, Arizona, Texas, New Hampshire, and Illinois. Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letter assessments are available for $250 (covering all tools and labor), provided you have a history of prior treatment such as medication or therapy. Please note that an assessment is a clinical necessity evaluation and not a guarantee of a letter. Finally, in alignment with my commitment to transparency and my own needs as a veteran, I utilize AI tools for practice management and support; client consent for this is required.
I am Becky Hunt, and I have had my LCSW for the past 7 years. I have been practicing for 13 years, 6 of those in community mental health and 7 of those in my own private practice. I feel as if becoming a therapist is a calling for me. Having grown up with significant anxiety symptoms, an OCD diagnosis, and some painful eating-disorder issues have created in me an overwhelming desire to help others navigate through this tough world. I am not unfamiliar with conflict and how uncomfortable it can be for some and have found ways to be bold and assertive despite the discomfort and pain. I have a faith that helps me gain insight and perspective on a daily basis and love helping others with some of the same principals and beliefs that strengthen me. I also like to laugh, when I can, about the absurdities of life; I believe is humor is an often overlooked coping skill.

Hi everyone, I'm Greg
I understand that emotions can be confusing, relationships can be messy, and past experiences can negatively impact our present lives, however, I believe that with proper coping strategies, we don’t have to remain stuck in dysfunctional patterns. I realize change can be scary and people often remain frozen in place due to the fear of the unknown. While change and acceptance are two concepts that are diametrically opposed, with the right mindset, they can work hand-in-hand to promote growth and healing.
I have been helping clients improve their lives for over two decades. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, obtaining my Masters of Social Work through Indiana University and my Doctorate of Social Work through Capella University. My doctoral capstone project researched the use of Integrated Treatment to effectively treat co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders using a holistic approach to treat these disorders simultaneously, as oftentimes, the root causes of addiction are comingled with other underlying mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, or grief. I believe that treating both conditions simultaneously brings about the best chance of success for lasting healing and recovery.
Before obtaining my doctoral degree, I spent two decades working at a community mental health center through its emergency services department. This experience provided the opportunity to work with diverse clients struggling with all manner of concerns. Additionally, I spent the past six years working part-time at an addiction recovery center treating clients individually, in groups, and with their family systems to help combat the disease of addiction. As a result of these opportunities, I am experienced in all manners of mental health, as well as addiction counseling, family counseling, and grief counseling.

I believe hopefulness and intentionality are the primary components of a fruitful therapeutic relationship.
Collaboration is important - together we can work on establishing concrete goals and steps for you to help reduce some of your mental health challenges, too. I know firsthand that getting help can be a challenge. I look forward to speaking with you to see if we are a good fit to partner in your journey!

Navigating life between 11 and 25 can feel overwhelming. I specialize in supporting adolescents, teens, and young adults as they juggle school, family, identity, and the pressure to always be “the strong one.” My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to explain your background to be understood—a space that honors your story, culture, and values.
I show up with empathy, honesty, and cultural understanding. I’m not here to “fix” you but to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of what you’re carrying and creating room for reflection, healing, and growth.
Whether you’re managing anxiety, family stress, identity questions, or just trying to feel like yourself again, I provide therapy that’s real, relevant, and safe.
***Please note: Appointments after 3pm CST are reserved for clients ages 11–18.
Do you struggle with self compassion or allowing yourself to feel emotions? I empower individuals to better understand their emotions and treat themselves with patience and kindness.
Together we can work on identifying barriers that make it difficult to sit with your emotions and observe them without judgment. I will be utilizing DBT and mindfulness to help you increase self esteem and gain new skills to manage stress.
What is most important for you to address in therapy? Let’s have a session to discuss your treatment goals and begin working on these! I am excited to speak with you.
Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I received my degree from Indiana University and currently live in Michigan on a horse farm. I have over 4 years of experience seeing clients in an office setting, or via telehealth for traditional therapy, as well as play therapy, and animal assisted therapy for in person sessions. I see teens, and adults for telehealth, to assist with developing coping skills, insight, and improved self-care to live life with greater ease, and less distress.
