I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Florida with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and families—adolescents and adults—on a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, parenting challenges, postpartum anxiety, trauma, abuse, and navigating life transitions. Whether your concerns feel mild or overwhelming, therapy can help you gain clarity, build resilience, and develop healthier coping strategies.
