First session
"Nothing happens over night , we are constantly evolving, sometimes we just need to talk to a neutral person about our daily stressors, Lets talk in the comfort of your own home" The first therapy session is an "intake" appointment focused on building trust and gathering background information. You will introduce yourself, review policies like confidentiality, and discuss what brought you in. The therapist will ask questions to understand your history, symptoms, and goals to build a care plan.

Ideal clients
Individual sessions based on individual needs , Talk Therapy, CBT . ( short term , long term ) My goal is to help clients gain tools needed to make their goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their life. My focus is to have a person-centered approach. I utilize the CBT, which helps people identify and change negative thought patterns that can lead to emotional behavioral issues.
