I am Anna McDonald, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to assisting individuals in overcoming life's obstacles through compassionate, evidence-based therapy. With more than ten years of experience, my focus is on online therapy for anxiety, stress management, and postpartum mental health. Fluent in English and Spanish, I offer a nurturing space where you can freely communicate in your preferred language.
I have a lot of life experience and had several careers before becoming a therapist, and I have traveled extensively. There isn't much I haven't seen or at least heard about. I try to provide a calm, nonjudgmental atmosphere for clients so they can feel free to say whatever is on their mind. Believe me when I say that if you've done a thing or thought about it, someone else has too. You are not alone.
I have been a therapist for over twenty years. It is an honor to support clients to achieve their goals for joy, peace, and understanding.
I enjoy watching clients "find themselves" again after a period of performing on autopilot. Whatever your goals are, I believe that with the right support you will be successful. I am here to listen and to support you as you explore where you are and where you would like to go.
I am a bilingual (Portuguese and English) holistic psychotherapist licensed in Georgia and Florida with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, depression, self-esteem, and self-confidence. I integrate holistic health, a mind and body approach, and mindfulness into talk therapy to help individuals regain clarity and enthusiasm. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
I am an eternal optimist with a heartfelt passion for caring for others, something that has been part of who I am for as long as I can remember. I feel deeply honored to walk alongside people as they learn to cope, heal, and reconnect with themselves. Supporting clients in regulating their nervous systems and building effective coping strategies is not just my work, but my greatest joy.
I primarily work with children, teens, and families, while also supporting individuals across the lifespan. There is nothing more meaningful to me than witnessing the moment when hope returns and the light begins to shine again after life’s many transitions and challenges.
My areas of focus include ADHD, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and oppositional or conduct-related concerns. I approach therapy through a strengths-based, trauma-informed CBT lens, thoughtfully integrating somatic practices to help clients move out of “fight or flight” and into a place of safety, balance, and genuine enjoyment of life.

Hi there! Welcome to my practice.
What would your life look like if anxiety, stress, or self-doubt no longer held you back? Do you find yourself overthinking, worrying about everything, or feeling emotionally drained? Life can feel challenging at times, and therapy can be a meaningful place to begin navigating those challenges with support.
You deserve a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. You don't have to have everything figured out to deserve support, and you don't have to face life's challenges alone. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for a change, therapy can be a place where you can finally focus on you.
I believe healing and growth happen one step at a time. Together, we can work toward celebrating the small wins, because those moments often lead to the biggest growth.
I support individuals experiencing concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, and personal growth. I bring a compassionate and culturally informed approach to therapy and welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
My goal is to create a safe, affirming, and collaborative space where you feel respected, understood, and empowered to work toward your personal goals. Together, we can explore the challenges you're facing, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.
I look forward to meeting you and navigating life's challenges together, one step at a time.

Having worked in community mental health and social services field since 1992, I’m seasoned in providing adults with compassionate, contemporary and effective mental health counseling/therapy. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, drawing from attachment-based therapy, EMDR, person-centered therapy, and family systems concepts to support each client’s unique needs and goals. I specialize in counseling women and men on self-esteem, worth & actualization. I also support clients affected by bullying, narcissistic abuse as well as those dealing with complicated grief. Or, it might mean working through emotional pain, trauma, or barriers that prevent you from being your best self. In my years of experience, I have found that once a person’s authentic identity has been discovered through therapy, clients can accept who they are, confidently speak up for themselves and understand themselves with greater perspective. Usually this leads to healthier relationship choices and dynamics. I will help you to learn more about yourself and make realistic changes.

Hi! I am a dually licensed therapist in both Florida and North Carolina. I began my education later in my adult life, and believed I had arrived late to the game. But I found that life experience paired with my own belief system, allowed me the opportunity to view life's challenges through a unique lens, and because of that I am non-judgmental and empathetic towards people who are struggling with the hurts life has dealt them.
I believe in using a collaborative approach in helping my clients. I use evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Therapy, as well as Christian Counseling. I am supportive, yet direct with empathy, compassion and help you address the barriers in your life that are causing you pain and distress.

Daniel Ivey is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Board Certified Clinical Chaplain holding two Master's Degrees who truly cares about people. Coming from a Cognitive Behavior Therapy framework and his experience also as a spiritual leader, he helps people CONNECT again with their Self, Relationships, and Spiritual sense of purpose within their unique destiny and purpose in life. Whether it is a major mental illness or a major life issue or relationship struggle, Daniel seeks to bring things back together in an orderly fashion that leads again to wholeness and fullness of life.
As a natural born healer and counselor, Daniel started noticing in childhood that people just felt comfortable opening up their lives to him. His older brother Randall explained to him, "Daniel, it's because they can tell you really care." So he's been a life long learner of how to help people best, with a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Georgia, a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary, and Master in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida, along with 1600 hours of Clinical Pastoral Education and a "Mini-MBA" certificate from Rollins College.
Daniel specializes in relationships, crisis, trauma and veterans issues, bipolar disorder, autism, ADHD, spirituality in counseling, grief, career counseling, personality theory, along with anxiety and depression.
Sometimes life blows up in a way you never saw coming. A relationship ends. Someone lies to you. Trust gets shattered. You lose someone you love. Anxiety starts taking over your brain. Or you wake up one day and realize the life you thought you were building is not the life you actually have.
A lot of the people I work with are functioning just fine on the outside while internally thinking, What the hell just happened to my life? They're replaying conversations, second-guessing themselves, trying to make sense of someone else's behavior, wondering whether they missed something, and feeling completely exhausted by their own thoughts.
You don't need to show up with a diagnosis or a beautifully organized explanation of what's wrong. You can bring the messy version.
I'm not a therapist who is going to sit silently for 50 minutes, nod occasionally, and then ask how that made you feel. I am engaged. I ask questions. I notice patterns. I will tell you what I'm seeing. I will validate what deserves validation, and I will also challenge you when I think you are getting stuck, avoiding something important, or being much harder on yourself than the situation actually calls for.
There is room here for grief, anger, confusion, ugly truths, dark humor, bad decisions, overthinking, faith, and the occasional sentence that starts with, "I know this sounds crazy, but..."
I work especially well with adults dealing with anxiety, grief, heartbreak, betrayal, complicated relationships, and major life changes.
What happened matters. But I do not want the worst thing that happened to you to become the organizing principle for the rest of your life.
