To seek EMDR therapy, I do not require clients to attend ongoing sessions except during the process of EMDR. EMDR is an excellent tools for PTSD. Therapy can be intimidating for some individuals! My approach is very relaxed and natural to create more comfort for individuals. I provide personable environment to meet everyones need. I am here to assist anyone who wants to heal!
