I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with over 10 years of experience as a therapist and a proud U.S. Army veteran who served in Afghanistan, where I achieved the rank of Sergeant (E5). Hello, I'm Rose-Marie, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Life can be stressful at times and it can be hard to cope with the everyday changes and curve balls thrown at you. Sometimes we don't think about the importance of our mental health. We struggle with adjusting to the changes life sends our way and may end up becoming anxious or depressed. In today's busy world we find ourselves playing multiple roles that require a lot of our time. We may even find it hard to communicate our feelings, emotions, wants and needs in our various relationships. As a result we may neglect to take care of ourselves or may focus more on one of our roles while neglecting the others. As a working mother of two, I totally get this and I am passionate about helping other parents navigate these demands. I can help you explore and find ways to cope. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help address the thoughts that led to depression and increased persistent anxiety. I also use Solution Focused Therapy to look at what worked and how to do more of it.
The great thing is that you took the first step by seeking a therapist. This can be scary, but I believe in creating an open and safe environment for you to share issues and feelings without feeling judged. I work with you at a pace you feel comfortable with while building the therapeutic relationship.

I didn't always know I wanted to be a therapist. Growing up in a household where mental health issues were present allowed me to see firsthand it's effect on individuals. After undergraduate school, I landed my first job in a psychiatric hospital. That's when things clicked for me, and I knew that I wanted to help people become their best selves. I had a natural curiosity to understand the world, how people think, and what drives human behavior. I also believe in the power of connectedness. All these things came together and pushed me to pursue my graduate degree in counseling. My experiences early on taught me that no one is perfect, we all struggle, and we all deserve grace. I am here to tell you that your story doesn't have to end where it is now. I aim to show that we are all resilient and have the ability to overcome challenges.

With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about supporting adults and couples as they navigate life’s transitions and pursue meaningful growth. Whether you are a college student or recent graduate adjusting to a new season of life, an individual facing anxiety or depression, or a couple preparing for marriage or working to strengthen your relationship, I strive to provide guidance that feels both supportive and practical.
My Christian faith shapes my personal values; however, I work with people from all backgrounds and beliefs. Faith-based perspectives are incorporated into counseling only if a client specifically desires it.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Life transitions—whether expected or unexpected—can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing and work toward the emotional and personal goals that matter most to you.
I have experience working with adults experiencing life changes, including college and post-college transitions, relationship challenges, marriage and premarital preparation, and parenting. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and stress that often accompany these seasons of change. My background as a behavioral specialist in community mental health allows me to effectively support adults diagnosed with ADHD or autism spectrum disorder, as well as parents raising children with these diagnoses.
In my work with couples, I draw from my experience as a trained Prepare/Enrich facilitator to help partners strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build healthier, more connected relationships.
When working with individuals, I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My focus is on equipping you with practical tools and strategies so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
You are worthy of peace. You are worthy of being heard. You are worthy of healthy, nourishing relationships. You are more than your mistakes or challenges. Sometimes life circumstances and events can cloud the ability to believe this. Deciding to take a chance on therapy is a significant and, often, daunting step. But you are not alone!
The past 7 years of my life as a clinician have been enriched with countless opportunities to help others discover the greatness that is within them. I have served in a variety of capacities, including as an outpatient substance use treatment counselor, a trauma and attachment-focused therapist for adoptive families, and as a behavioral health therapist in a primary care clinic. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or relationship difficulties, I am here to walk alongside you.
We'll take a holistic approach on this journey together, where you will be empathically supported in a truly non-judgmental manner. I am here to create a space where you feel safe and empowered to make positive change for a more fulfilling life. I would be honored to partner with you!
PLEASE NOTE: My current schedule openings are Mondays and Fridays 6:15pm-8:30pm.
I am Licensed Mental Health Therapist for the State of Florida with over 12 years of extensive experience of counseling individuals from all diverse backgrounds.
I am originally from Haiti and have found a great passion for my culture and a true appreciation for differences in all people.
I have worked as a Psychotherapist in an inpatient Psychiatric setting, Mobile Crisis Response setting, and Outpatient Office and school Based Therapy setting.
My philosophy in therapy is Life has many waves and therapy allows the clinician and the individual to find balance in the midst of life's ups and downs. An individual is most likely to achieve positive outcomes in therapy when a trusting, collaborative relationship exists between the therapist and client, accompanied by high-quality therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual's unique needs.
Greetings! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. I received my Masters degree from Florida Gulf Coast University and have been practicing for 8 years. I aid a diverse population in navigating formative, stressful & traumatic life phases, events and situations. My primary focus is symptom reduction & stabilization, skills building and destigmatizing mental health care for individuals of all walks of life. Throughout my work as a holistic therapist, I've developed an integrative approach to helping you identify the source of your challenges and creating solutions that lend measurable progress.
I believe therapy is less about having all the answers and more about having a place where you can be honest about what’s really going on. Life can be complicated, and sometimes we just need someone who will listen without judgment, help us make sense of things, and walk alongside us as we figure out what comes next.
My practice is grounded in connection, curiosity, and creating a space where you can show up as yourself. You don’t have to have the right words or know exactly where to begin. We can start wherever you are and take it from there.
I’m interested in the whole person—not just the problem that brings you in. Together, we can explore the experiences, relationships, patterns, and beliefs that may be shaping how you see yourself and navigate the world. I also believe therapy should be useful outside the room, so our work can include practical tools and new ways of approaching the things that matter most to you.
I don’t believe growth means becoming a different person. To me, it’s often about becoming more connected to who you already are—understanding yourself more deeply, trusting your voice, setting boundaries, and making choices that feel true to you.
My hope is that our work feels like a genuine partnership: a place where you feel seen, understood, and supported while creating meaningful change in your life.

Hi, I’m Jennifer, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and anxiety focused therapist passionate about helping individuals feel more in control of their lives and emotions. I provide a supportive, structured, and evidence-based approach to therapy, using modalities such as ERP, ACT, DBT and CBT to help clients develop practical tools for lasting change. Hi, my name is Lisa. When I was younger, I read The Making of a Psychiatrist by Dr. David Viscott. In the book, the doctor walked into his office to see a client taking books off the bookshelf and throwing them onto the floor. That is how I remember the book anyway. The doctor connected with that hurting person with such compassion and insight, and he allowed for vulnerability and healing. I wanted to connect like that with hurting people and help them in their struggles. I didn't become a psychiatrist, but I did find purpose in helping others walk through difficult life journeys. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I worked for over 30 years in hospice in the bereavement department, supporting those experiencing grief, anticipatory grief, caregiver stress, and life transitions. We also dealt with anxiety, depression, and other life struggles that came up along the way. I am passionate about helping clients navigate life's most challenging moments. I will provide a safe and supportive environment where you can process emotions, build resilience, and discover coping strategies. Life sometimes gets messy, and you may feel isolated and overwhelmed. You don't have to face this alone. I have journeyed with hospice patients and their families for 32 years, and I would be honored to journey with you.
You’re ready to share your story and I’m here to listen. I am passionate about treating anxiety, depression and trauma. I believe you are the expert on your own life. I will support you, hold you accountable, and help you develop the most important relationship there is: your relationship with yourself.
I use client-centered therapy to build rapport and trust. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). In processing current and past stressors, I will help you replace unhelpful ways of thinking. I will empower you by teaching you skills to process emotions in a healthy way, engage in positive relationships, and develop a more balanced lifestyle.

My approach is compassionate, practical, and focused on real change. You'll receive take-away tools in the very first session to use in managing your emotions.
I provide a nonjudgmental environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of criticism or shame. Therapy is a collaborative process, and together we will work to build insight, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My style is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client, drawing from CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and client-centered therapies. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, substance use, and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to move forward.
I believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly understood. My approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and respect for your unique story.

I strive to create an environment where you can show up exactly as you are, without feeling pressured to have everything figured out. Therapy isn't about being perfect; it's about understanding yourself, recognizing patterns, healing emotional wounds, and discovering healthier ways to move forward.
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, attachment wounds, infidelity, grief, life transitions, and challenges with self-worth. I am especially passionate about helping clients understand how past experiences influence their present emotions, behaviors, and relationships.
In our sessions, you can expect a balance of compassion, honesty, encouragement, and gentle accountability. I'm not a therapist who simply sits back and listens. I believe in meaningful conversations, thoughtful questions, practical tools, and helping you connect the dots between where you've been and where you want to go.
I recognize that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially when you've spent so much time being strong for everyone else. My goal is to help you feel comfortable enough to explore the difficult things while also recognizing your resilience, strengths, and capacity for growth.
Whether you're working through painful experiences, rebuilding trust, strengthening relationships, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone, and you don't have to have all the answers before beginning. Sometimes, the most meaningful changes begin with simply feeling understood.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) located in Florida, and I help adults navigate life’s challenges—like anxiety, depression, trauma, and big life changes. I also work with new mothers, college students, LGBTQ+ clients, and people facing serious health challenges. My approach is warm and practical: I listen, support, and give honest guidance when needed, helping you figure out what’s really holding you back and how to move forward.
Hi! Thanks for visiting my page on Grow! My name is Mailyn Paredes. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Sunshine: Florida and now more recently and excitingly, Oregon! I became a therapist fueled by the desire and passion to help others achieve their greatest potential and navigate existing challenges in their everyday lives. I believe in self-actualizing and improving ourselves with every decade we endure. I look forward to working and supporting each and every one of you through your journey!
I offer compassionate, culturally responsive mental health services rooted in the belief that healing is possible—and you don’t have to carry it alone. I create a safe, affirming space where individuals can gently unpack trauma, depression, anxiety, and life’s emotional burdens while reconnecting with their true selves. What makes me unique is my focus on empowerment, meaning, and identity. Therapy here goes beyond symptom management—it’s about helping you heal at your own pace, reclaim your voice, strengthen emotional connection, and rediscover purpose.
My name is Patty and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I operate from a person-centered strengths based perspective. This means that you, the client, are the expert in the room and the strengths that you bring in are important. The journey to a fulfilling life may require journeys into old memories, new relationships, current and past job experiences, and so much more. I would love to be a part of this journey with you.
The journey of healing at times requires support, sacred listening, and gentle guidance. I am here to assist you. I specialize in working with adults who are navigating the challenging effects of grief, trauma, increased stress and anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, and identity issues.
