I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida, and I help adults navigate life’s challenges—like anxiety, depression, trauma, and big life changes. I also work with new mothers, college students, LGBTQ+ clients, and people facing serious health challenges. My approach is warm and practical: I listen, support, and give honest guidance when needed, helping you figure out what’s really holding you back and how to move forward.
In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgemental space where we'll start by getting to know one another. I'll ask questions about what brought you here, explore what you're hoping to work on, and gather some background information and history to help guide our work together. There is no pressure to share everything all at once. We will go at a pace that works for you. I'll also answer any questions you have and begin identifying your goals.
I welcome people from all walks of life. I am neurodivergent affirming and LGBTQ+ affirming. I'm warm, honest, and I meet people where they're at with no pressure or judgement. While I am empathetic, I also like to be direct and challenge you when something's keeping you stuck.
I work best with people who feel overwhelmed, stressed, or just stuck and want someone real to talk to. My ideal clients are adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or big life changes—new moms, college students, or anyone trying to get through a tough season. You don’t need to have the perfect words or a clear plan. If you’re open to talking things out and want support from someone who’s easy to talk to and keeps it honest, we’ll be a great fit.
Everyone is different, and has unique needs. An eclectic treatment method involves combining strategies and techniques from multiple therapeutic approaches to best meet the needs of the client. This flexible approach allows for a more personalized and adaptive treatment plan that evolves over time.
