I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 16 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, trauma, attachment patterns, and major life transitions. I specialize in working with women navigating pregnancy, postpartum changes, identity shifts, and relationship transitions, as well as individuals facing divorce, high-stress careers, and emotional burnout—including first responders.
My approach is integrative, relational, and grounded in evidence-based care, with a strong focus on nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and practical coping strategies. I help clients move out of survival mode, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with a sense of stability, confidence, and alignment in their lives and relationships.

Prior to beginning my private practice, I spent 20 plus years working in the field, going into homes, schools and communities.
