New to Grow
I specialize in helping women navigate low desire, intimacy concerns, and relationship challenges. Using evidence-based, trauma-informed, and sex therapy approaches, I'll help you understand the factors affecting your desire, strengthen communication, rebuild intimacy, and reconnect with your body in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment. I help women who feel disconnected from their desire, intimacy, or sense of self. Many come to therapy feeling guilty, frustrated, or wondering why their sex drive has changed due to stress, anxiety, motherhood, relationship challenges, trauma, medical concerns, or life transitions. Together, we'll explore the factors affecting your desire in a compassionate, judgment-free space. My goal is to help you reconnect with your body, improve intimacy and communication, and create a fulfilling relationship with yourself and your partner.
Your first session is a relaxed conversation focused on understanding your story, your concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Whether you're struggling with low desire, intimacy concerns, anxiety, relationship patterns, or feeling disconnected from yourself, we'll explore what's contributing to those challenges without shame or pressure. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. By the end of the session, we'll have identified your goals and created a personalized plan for moving forward together.
Clients often tell me they appreciate having a therapist who is both approachable and knowledgeable. I combine evidence-based interventions with genuine warmth, curiosity, and a nonjudgmental style to help clients feel comfortable discussing topics that are often difficult to talk about. My specialty in women's intimacy, desire, and relationships allows me to address concerns that are frequently overlooked or misunderstood. Therapy with me is collaborative, personalized, and focused on helping you create meaningful, lasting change, not just temporary symptom relief.
My ideal clients are women who want to better understand their emotional and intimate lives. They may be experiencing low sexual desire, difficulty enjoying intimacy, relationship concerns, anxiety, or feeling disconnected from themselves after major life changes. Many have spent years putting others first and are ready to prioritize their own well-being. I provide a compassionate, affirming space where we can explore the emotional, relational, and biological factors influencing their experiences and work toward lasting, meaningful change.
I identify as
Eclectic
My approach is eclectic, meaning I draw from several evidence-based methods to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs. I frequently use person-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based, blending evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Sessions are guided by your unique goals and values, with a focus on self-empowerment, authenticity, and lasting growth. I aim to help you uncover the patterns that keep you feeling small and develop new ways to show up fully in your life and relationships.
