New to Grow
I enjoy providing affirming, inclusive therapy for LGBTQIA+ individuals who are seeking a space to feel truly seen and supported. Whether you’re exploring your identity, navigating relationships, or learning to feel more comfortable in your own skin, our work together will focus on healing, self-acceptance, and personal growth. My goal is to help you reconnect with your authentic self and build confidence in who you are—so you can live a life that feels genuine, balanced, and free from judgment. I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to help you understand patterns, develop healthy coping tools, and create lasting change. Most importantly, I strive to offer a safe, compassionate environment where you can explore who you are and move toward healing on your own terms.
Choosing an affirming therapist is a powerful step toward growth and self-acceptance. In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and identify what you’d like to work on. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, ensuring that you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin building a plan that supports meaningful, lasting change. Many clients start noticing relief and a stronger sense of confidence within the first few weeks of therapy.
Clients often tell me they feel truly seen, heard, and accepted in our sessions. I create a warm, affirming environment where you can show up authentically—without fear of judgment. My greatest strengths include forming genuine connections, asking insightful questions that encourage reflection, and offering practical tools for growth. I’m passionate about helping each client find empowerment and peace within their identity and life path.
I work best with LGBTQIA+ folks who are ready to live more authentically and feel more at peace with who they are. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Others are exploring their identity, navigating life transitions, or simply wanting to let go of self-doubt and find confidence. If you value honesty, reflection, and growth, therapy can help you heal old wounds, strengthen self-acceptance, and build the life that feels most true to you. Together, we’ll create a space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
My approach is eclectic, meaning I draw from several evidence-based methods to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs. I frequently use person-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based, blending evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Sessions are guided by your unique goals and values, with a focus on self-empowerment, authenticity, and lasting growth. I aim to help you uncover the patterns that keep you feeling small and develop new ways to show up fully in your life and relationships.
