Much of my professional experience includes a vast range of ages including children, adolescents, young adults, and seniors. I value the importance of community connections by reducing the stigma of mental health in organizations as well as stress reduction techniques. I enjoy working with couples, and families who are struggling in communication. I specialize in overcoming life difficulties including trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, ADD/ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, coping skills, self-esteem, infertility, family conflict and unexpected birthing outcomes. As well as overcoming perinatal/ maternal post-partum disorders. I am a compassionate bilingual licensed clinical social worker who has served the SWFL community for over 16 years. She is also a qualified supervisor and a mentor for those seeking clinical supervision for licensure. First session
In your first counseling session with us, expect a welcoming, safe, and confidential space where you can openly discuss your goals, challenges, and what brings you to therapy. Together with your counselor, you’ll explore your background, establish clear objectives for your sessions, and start developing a path forward. This session is all about getting to know you, setting a foundation of trust, and answering any questions you may have about the counseling process.
