I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I have been practicing in the state of Florida for 25 years. I have training and experience in the areas of mood disorders, eating disorders, anxiety disorders, substance abuse and others. I have extensive training and experience treating stress and trauma. I use a variety of techniques depending on the needs of the client, however, the approach I practice the most is a combination of psychodynamics and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
