New to Grow
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a warm, supportive, and collaborative approach to therapy. I believe that each person has the capacity for growth and healing, and I try to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered while being themselves. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and concerns related to self-esteem and personal growth. Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and a Person-Centered approach, I provide a supportive and collaborative environment where clients can build self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and work toward their goals at a pace that feels right for them. Together, we focus on developing practical coping skills fostering personal growth, and helping clients create positive changes that align with their goals.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make the process as comfortable as possible. During our first session, we’ll discuss what has brought you to therapy, explore your goals, and review any relevant background information. We’ll work together to identify areas of focus and begin creating a path forward that feels meaningful and manageable for you.
I provide a supportive and welcoming space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping clients navigate life’s challenges with confidence. While I offer understanding and support, I also provide honest feedback and gentle encouragement when needed to help clients gain insight, build healthy coping skills, and make positive changes in their lives. My goal is to meet you where you're at, help you anchor yourself, and then bloom.
My ideal clients are individuals seeking support with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or personal growth. They are motivated and willing to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and make meaningful changes in their lives. Whether they are navigating a difficult time, feeling stuck, or simply looking to improve their overall well being, I provide a supportive and collaborative space where they can build self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and work toward their goals with confidence.
