Imagine breaking the chains of depression, insecurity, anxiety and/or job dissatisfaction. What would it feel like to face each day, relationship and circumstance with confidence and clarity? With years of first-hand experience navigating the darkness, I’m able to utilize my counseling education, life-coaching skills and 25 years of yoga to help you heal and transform, to provide you with the tools and guidance needed to help you change your life. I believe in you and the power of transformation; my job is to support you, guide you and empower you with the tools and practices you need to take the leap and make the change towards a happy and more fulfilled life.

I am your coach, your mentor, your sounding board, and your guide. I will empower you and motivate you. I will give you the tools you need to have the life you have always wanted.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I utilize a multi-disciplinary approach to create a treatment plan that is unique to you. I believe in a mind/body approach and utilize different methods that will help you reach your goals.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
My strengths are the mind/body connection. I understand how trauma is stored in the body and how it can have a negative impact on people. I teach clients how to heal their past traumas and change their patterns of behaviors. I teach clients how to shift their negative self talk to a more positive view of themselves and the world.
