As a military spouse, we relocated many times, having to redevelop my career each duty station, which gave me a myriad of experiences with various populations. This has lead me to focus on occupational counseling and the effects of stress on our mental health. My passion for treatment is trauma and life experiences that lead us to feel fearful, unsafe, and saddened; sometimes with no explanation as to why we feel the way we do.
