This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. In addition to learning about the challenges, I will also explain the therapy process, including the limits of confidentiality and any administrative details that may be relevant to your specific needs.

As a trauma-informed clinician, I specializes in the treatment of trauma related disorders. I provide therapy for a variety of issues including trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, depression, and anxiety. I match well with those who prefer a more structured, directive, and solution-focused approach.
