My goal is to guide you through life’s most complex and difficult issues by allowing space for your feelings, designing a treatment plan based on your strengths, proven techniques and your unique individual needs. I am trained in different modalities of treatment including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Strength-based therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, as well as Integrative Therapies to help you reach your goals.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the intake process. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions to help you achieve your specific goals.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavior Therapy helps challenges negative thinking and negative core beliefs/worries. Clients will increase awareness of their core thought/ beliefs and worries, challenge and replace them with the truth and strength of the clients life.

Eclectic

Each client has different strengths and is very unique. The eclectic treatment method is a customized approach to each individual's counseling needs.
