My therapy style is very interactive, compassionate and warm. My therapeutic modalities vary on the client, no one person is the same. Some of the modalities used are Client-Centered, Motivational Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, CBT , Solution Focused Therapy and Psychotherapy. I believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect and will meet you where you are. I strive to create a warm and open environment and have found being interactive allows an individual or couple to be comfortable with talking and engaging. Listening as a therapist is an extremely important skill as well as being able to communicate effectively.
