Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I received my masters from Loyola University Chicago in 2017. Taking a solution-focused, trauma-informed and client-centered approach; my goal is to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment to explore how your life experiences influence the person you have become and the goals you want to reach. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
During our first session, my goal is to create a safe and accepting environment where we can get to know each other, explore your goals, and work together on your path of healing.
Having worked with individuals of different ages, and backgrounds for many years now, I like to use different modalities to tailor your treatment specifically to you. Therapy looks different for everyone and I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach.
I work with my clients to help them cope and overcome past traumas, manage anxiety, depression, life/family transitions and self-worth. My experience ranges from working with trauma survivors, children and families, education, motherhood, infertility, military/veteran lifestyle and general mental health. Working together, we can identify thought patterns, relationship conflicts, and /or past truamas that may be impacting your day-to-day life.

Trauma Informed Care
My speciality since starting my practice has been working with clients who have experienced trauma. I have extensive training in Trauma Informed Care and I have focused my practice to help clients overcome and manage their trauma symptoms.
