Hi, my name is Samantha! I’m an EMDR clinician offering telehealth therapy for adults and teens across Kentucky. I often work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and the effects of trauma. I draw from CBT, DBT, IFS, compassion-focused therapy, and EMDR, tailoring each approach to your unique needs, goals, and preferences within a safe, supportive and collaborative space.
Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in sunny Florida! I received my master’s degree from the University of South Florida and have been licensed and practicing for 30 years, treating all ages. I work with a wide array of areas, including anxiety, depression, life skills, and grief. I am a certified provider specializing in trauma, grief, ADHD, and dementia. I use a client-centered and collaborative approach. As we work together, you will find that a major focus is on building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel supported and understood. I am empathetic, nonjudgmental, and a great listener. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a structured, goal-oriented therapy that encourages you to focus on current problems and find solutions, rather than dwelling on the past. This approach allows you to manage mental health conditions and emotional concerns by identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. I look forward to working together, problem-solving, and helping you feel like yourself again!
Hi, I’m Ashley Conway, a Licensed Therapist providing virtual therapy to adults throughout Florida. I’m passionate about helping people navigate anxiety, depression, chronic illness, life transitions, and grief as well as the emotional challenges that can come with feeling overwhelmed or stuck. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal and grow.
I’m a therapist who works with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, trauma-related challenges, addiction, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in painful patterns, struggle with intense emotions or self-criticism, or find themselves repeating relationship dynamics they want to better understand and change.
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely comfortable, understood, and accepted without judgment. At the same time, I think therapy should be practical and meaningful — not just a place to talk, but a space to develop insight, build healthier coping skills, and create lasting change in everyday life.
I draw from approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, compassion-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, and mind-body techniques, tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs and goals. I especially enjoy helping clients improve emotional regulation, navigate relationship and attachment issues, build self-worth, and develop more balance and resilience during stressful periods of life.
My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients can be honest about what they’re struggling with while also feeling hopeful about growth and change. I value authenticity in the therapy relationship and try to bring a grounded, human approach to the work we do together.
I provide a nonjudgmental environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of criticism or shame. Therapy is a collaborative process, and together we will work to build insight, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Hi, I'm Jill Krayewsky and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals across inpatient, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings, working with mental health, substance use, and eating disorders. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based approach that helps process trauma and distress more efficiently. My style is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client, drawing from CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and client-centered therapies. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, substance use, and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to move forward.
I believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly understood. My approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and respect for your unique story.
I take an integrative and individualized approach to therapy, meaning your treatment is tailored specifically to your needs and goals. I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” method, so I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices to support your growth.
My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and supported throughout your therapeutic journey. Therapy is not just about managing symptoms—it’s about empowering you to better understand yourself, build resilience, and create a more fulfilling life.
Life is complicated enough—and it doesn’t come with a manual. But therapy can be a space where we begin drafting one, together. My goal is to help you live more authentically, compassionately, and in better company with yourself, one step at a time.
My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, and existential therapy to meet you where you are. I’m a trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, client-centered therapist who takes a holistic view of healing.
I graduated with a Master's degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University in 2021, I obtained my post-graduate license to practice social work in 2024. I have experience supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, and personality disorders. Together, we’ll build a strong therapeutic alliance, identify unhelpful thought patterns and core beliefs, and work toward sustainable, meaningful change.
I believe healing is deeply personal, and no two journeys look the same. As Carl Sagan once said: "I don't know where I'm going, but I'm on my way."
Are you feeling stuck in overthinking, emotional reactivity, or self-doubt—even when you know you’re capable of more? You may feel like your inner critic is running the show, leaving you exhausted or disconnected from yourself.
I’m Marsha Hicks-Richards, LCSW, and I help clients move from survival mode into clarity, emotional balance, and self-trust. I believe therapy is an act of courage and self-care, and my role is to support you in reconnecting with your strengths while learning practical tools to navigate life more effectively.
My approach is integrative and holistic, blending DBT, CBT, Schema Therapy, inner child work, and mindfulness to support both emotional regulation and deeper healing. I have extensive experience working with individuals diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, as well as those struggling with intense emotions, relationship patterns, anxiety, and self-esteem. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and focused on helping you feel more stable, empowered, and aligned in your daily life.
One of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. I applaud you on taking this first step in investing in your growth and personal development. Sometimes, we are faced with major life changes or challenges that alter our perspective on life, which directly impact our mental, emotional, and social well-being. By promoting a safe, judgement free, and shame free environment, my aim is to allow you the freedom to explore your experiences with a sense of curiosity, compassion, openness, and acceptance.
I offer online counseling to individuals, families and groups to help them develop the skills necessary to successfully overcome challenges in life. My background as a high school and college counselor also gives me a wealth of experience to draw from when working with families, adolescents, and young adults.
As your therapist, I believe that the healing process begins by creating a safe environment and building and maintaining a strong therapeutic relationship. My ultimate goal is to empower you to make positive life changes while helping you develop confidence in your ability to achieve a healthy balance in all aspects of your life.
You may have spent your life showing up for everyone else, navigating spaces where you have to work twice as hard to feel seen. You deserve a space where you don’t have to translate your experience or explain the weight of 'the hustle'—a space where your culture and identity are honored, not just acknowledged.
I provide expert, culturally-attuned support through evidence-based therapy to help you work through barriers and live fully. Vulnerability isn’t a weakness; it’s your greatest tool for change. You’ve got the vision—let’s build the path to get you there.
Hi! I'm Wen. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I help adults who are struggling to deal with everyday stressors and burnout. I empathetically listen to what you have to share and want to fully understand your situation before working collaboratively on solutions. I consider myself a direct person and try to break down the concepts that I teach into easily understood ideas.
Starting therapy can be a difficult process. I make this process as easy for you as possible. Therapy starts with us getting to know each other and for me to understand your needs for treatment. I want to make sure that I can meet your requirements and help you work on what you came into treatment for or find you someone who can. As a therapist, I help you become the best version of yourself. My job is to give you the skills to manage difficulties when they occur. Situations occur that you may not feel equipped to handle. Let me support you to help you get through and gain insight about yourself and your ability to handle things in the future. I provide a comfortable and non-intrusive environment. I work with people to help them develop a strong sense of self, learn to have healthier relationships, learn mindfulness, distress tolerance skills, and other ways to regulate their emotions, reduce anxiety, and learn to be less impulsive. If you have moments when you think you should reach out for help or support, even if the thoughts are fleeting, I encourage you to reach out to me for support.

Welcome, I'm Anthonette.
First, I want to applaud you for taking a step toward improving your mental health. I specialize in helping women heal from anxiety and depression so they can live authentically and with intention. Every woman is equipped with her own set of solutions to the challenges she faces, and with the right guidance and support, she can overcome even the most difficult experiences in life.
As a counselor, I believe that healing begins with understanding — both of ourselves and of the patterns that shape how we live, think, and feel.
My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and compassionate. I deeply believe in meeting clients where they are, and I honor the pace at which each person is ready to move. Growth takes time, and every step forward is meaningful. I hold the belief that we each already carry the strength, wisdom, and resilience we need within us — sometimes we just need help uncovering it. By gently shifting away from unhelpful patterns and learning to embrace more empowering ways of thinking and being, we make room for courage, clarity, and transformation.
Most importantly, I want clients to know that this deep and necessary inner work doesn't have to be done alone. As a counselor, my goal is to walk alongside you — with honesty, care, and encouragement — as you navigate life’s challenges and rediscover what’s possible for you.

I work well with teens, young adults, adults, and families who are navigating stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, or major life changes. Are you having a difficult time getting through your day because your mind is wondering or you feel so down that you do not have any motivation? Do you feel confused because your mood is up and down?
It may seem that it is never going to stop and I will always have these issues but I want you to know there is help out there and I can help you learn what it is that you are going through and teach you skills that help manage the feelings so you have more great days than low days. I will add some humor into our sessions because sometimes our emotions get to be too much and we need to just laugh once in a while.
I love mixing different therapies because therapy techniques are not cookie cutter and one technique may work for one person but not another person. We will find what works best for you.
Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the concerns you have that are holding you back. Let's work together.

Hi! My name is Jacqueline Lizarazo, and I go by Jackie. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in therapy for individuals, children, and couples, with a focus on grief, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and sexual abuse.
Why Choose Me:
I want you to read the following passages:
On Abuse: “I lived in a glass house into which my mother could look at any time. In a glass house, however, you cannot conceal anything without giving yourself away, except by hiding it under the ground. And then you cannot see it yourself, either.”
On Depression: “Trees aren’t supposed to display fruit; they’re supposed to produce it. As much as I wanted to see results, I knew that I had to wait. The tree had to become healthy and mature before it could produce the fruit, and that takes time.”
If what you read resonates with you, this is the type of therapy I offer. I push, and sometimes might make you cry—not to harm, but for growth. I deeply care about my patients and only want the best for you.
I am not judgmental; I am here to listen and provide feedback. I often ask myself the question: if I were sitting where you are, would I come back? And the answer is yes. I give homework, so don’t expect it to be easy unless we need it to be. I am flexible, and my schedule is pretty open to fit your needs.
We’re going to have days where we just catch up and talk about what happened that week but be prepared to talk about your past. I believe together we can grow into the person you want to be.
I am a solution focused, clinical social worker who seeks to help my clients restore balance within themselves and their environment. Establishing realistic goals helps to pave the journey we take together between client and therapist. It is inevitable for life to provide some type of challenge and I am here to help my clients navigate their struggles utilizing a variety of coping skills developed during our sessions. My career path began with child welfare case management, transitioned into clinical work in substance abuse counseling, experienced with family focused counseling, medical social work, and individual outpatient therapy with military experience.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many of my clients are high-achieving, thoughtful individuals who look capable on the outside but feel exhausted or self-critical on the inside.
I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness to help clients build practical skills while also developing deeper self-understanding. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more confident in your decisions, and less controlled by anxiety or old narratives.
I provide individual and couples therapy to adults. I received my master's degree from FAU and have training and expertise in a variety of mental health and behavioral health areas, including, but not limited to,addiction, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and trauma. I have spent time to receive training to be diverse.
I am passionate about helping others. I became a social worker for that reason. I have been helped and want to help others learn to treat themselves with the love and respect they deserve as well as improve their happiness.
I am dedicated to fostering an environment where all individuals feel heard, understood, and respected. My approach emphasizes understanding clients’ unique narratives and supporting them in developing self-confidence and adaptive coping skills. I value both sharing my expertise and learning from the experiences of others, recognizing that therapy is a collaborative process involving mutual growth and insight. My therapeutic style incorporates appropriate use of humor, gentle yet constructive feedback, and a consistently approachable demeanor. Establishing a strong therapeutic alliance is my priority before engaging in more in-depth exploration of a client’s history and perspectives.

Hi, I’m May Elkady, a licensed professional counselor dedicated to helping adults and teens who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or weighed down by past experiences. I support clients in understanding their emotions, breaking old patterns, and creating more balance and clarity in their lives. My goal is to provide a calm, grounding space where you can heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself.
Welcome. My practice is built upon a unique intersection of experience: 15 years of distinguished military service across active-duty Army and Air Force Reserve roles, advanced clinical social work, and public health analysis. Having practiced across the entire spectrum of care—including inpatient, intensive outpatient, and telehealth environments—I blend rigorous, evidence-based science with a practical, real-world understanding of high-stress environments and systemic challenges.
I am dedicated to keeping my practice fresh and innovative, making it a professional priority to master a new therapeutic methodology every two years. My primary modalities are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Additionally, I draw from a diverse toolkit that includes Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to tailor care to your exact goals.
To ensure the highest quality of focused, dedicated care, I intentionally maintain a very small, selective caseload. I balance my clinical practice with full-time leadership in public-sector macro social work implementation. Consequently, my slot availability is highly specialized—offering lunch-hour and select weekend appointments designed specifically for lower-acuity, working professionals who need premium care that fits seamlessly around a demanding career schedule. If you require standard weekday business-hour appointments, I will unfortunately be unable to accommodate that need; however, if a focused lunch or weekend slot aligns with your routine, I look forward to working together.

Hi there — I’m Jayne’, and I’m so glad you’re here! As a Licensed Professional Counselor serving Georgia and Florida, I specialize in working with those 28 and up who are high‑achievers, couples and individuals who feel deeply driven in their professional lives—yet somehow disconnected or stuck in their relationships, their sense of self, or the way they move through life.
You might recognize yourself if you’ve excelled in your career or set high standards for yourself, but find that your closest relationships — whether intimate, professional, or internal — aren’t feeling as connected, grounded, or fulfilling as you’d hoped. Maybe you desire genuine and fulfilling personal connections, yet you sense that fear or an inability to be vulnerable, relational habits, past trauma or unspoken patterns are quietly shaping how you engage with others or even how you show up for yourself.
In our work together, you’ll find a safe, thought-provoking, judgment‑free space to explore all of that paired with exercises and tools to connect more intentionally with others. I bring a blend of thoughtful challenge and genuine support — we’ll honor your drive and successes, while gently opening up the deeper layers of your relational world: your attachment style, your inner voice, your relational patterns, your leadership role or identity and your emotional safety.
Whether you’re an individual longing to bring your hard‑won success into a more connected, authentic life or a couple seeking more alignment and connection — I’m here to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you long to be. You don’t have to settle for high achievement and relational dissatisfaction. There’s another way — one where your strengths become bridges to deeper connection, not barriers.
Thank you for taking this step on the journey toward greater intimacy, presence and relational ease.

I have served all kinds of populations from incarceration to outpatient working with kiddos as young as 3 to adults in their 80s. What you see in session, the laid back, goofy but can be blunt person is who you'd meet on the street if you saw me in public. I believe healing comes from within but also from the people you choose to surround yourself with. Some people have a great support system and others have me as their cheerleader and I strive to be a good one.
Are you struggling to find a competent therapist who does more than nod in agreement? Are you looking for someone to help battle depression and anxiety and maybe some unresolved trauma? Look no further!
Hi, my name is Joey Caggiano. I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Florida. I have been working in mental health for over 9years; before that, I spent several years working in crime scene investigations and other positions in law enforcement. My mission and passion is to help others reach their full potential. I am not a traditional therapist. I am in a wheelchair. I often use humor in my therapy sessions as I believe creating a safe space and comfortable environment for all is most important. I think that you are the expert in your treatment. You get to decide what we focus on. I am here to be your spirit or travel guide through your life journey. We live in stressful times, and sometimes, our minds can be our worst enemy. Whether you're struggling with self-doubt, negative thoughts, thoughts of self-harm, or maybe even suicidal thoughts, I can help! Let's work together to build coping skills to face life's challenges. As a therapist with a disability, I have unique insight into those who think differently and make therapy enjoyable.
