I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 5 years of experience supporting adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Treatment often includes goal setting, skill building, and processing emotional patterns using evidence-based approaches. I offer virtual therapy in a collaborative, supportive environment. Clients can expect improved coping skills, greater self-awareness, and increased emotional balance over time.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, my focus is helping you feel comfortable, supported, and understood. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and any relevant background information at a pace that feels right for you. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences while making space for what matters most to you. This session also allows us to begin identifying goals and discussing a treatment approach tailored to your needs. Therapy is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and solution-focused strategies. By the end of the session, you can expect greater clarity about next steps and how we’ll work together to support your growth and well-being.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths lie in creating a safe, supportive space while offering practical, effective tools for change. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach and tailor therapy to each individual’s needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. I integrate evidence-based methods such as CBT, ART, and solution-focused strategies to help clients develop insight, emotional regulation, and lasting coping skills. I’m especially skilled at helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, and life transitions by breaking challenges into manageable steps and focusing on meaningful progress. Clients often describe my approach as supportive, structured, and empowering.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to work with adults and adolescents who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained and ready to make meaningful changes. My ideal clients may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. They are open to self-reflection, skill building, and gaining a deeper understanding of their emotional patterns. I also work well with clients who are seeking greater emotional balance, healthier coping strategies, and long-term growth. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after a break, I aim to meet you where you are and support you at a pace that feels right.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I focus on helping clients to work through difficulties in relation to their cognitions. We work to identify how to re-frame thoughts that can lead to emotions that negatively impact them daily to create more positive thought processes. This also works to help my clients address internalized self-talk.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use this therapeutic model to help my clients build methods of coping with life's daily struggles and communicating effectively with others.

Integrative

I pull from multiple therapeutic practices to ensure that my clients needs are met and we work toward achieving their goals.
