Hello!
I’m Kenneth Todd, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping individuals, couples, and families move toward the lives they truly want. I earned my degree from the University of West Florida and have worked across diverse settings, always guided by one core belief: you are the expert on your life.
My approach is rooted in Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) — a dynamic, forward-looking method that emphasizes your strengths, your vision, and your capacity for change. SFT is built on four pillars:
• Description: What does your best life look like?
• Difference: What’s already working, even a little?
• Change: What small steps can build momentum?
• Outcome: What will life be like when things improve?
Together, we’ll explore your goals, uncover your inner resources, and build a path toward meaningful outcomes. Whether you're navigating a life transition, seeking clarity, or simply want to feel more like yourself again — I’m here to help you discover who you are at your best.
Kenneth Todd Licensed Clinical

I have been in the mental health field since 2007. I was informed when I first started in this field that the average time for people to stay in the field is two years. I am still in the field because helping others is more than a career choice for me, it is my passion in life. Helping others is a personal goal of mine. I look forward to the opportunity. I enjoy seeing people make positive changes in their lives. I have worked with families, couples, children, adolescents and teens, from various cultures and backgrounds. Each case and each client is unique in their way and each client is important.
My particular areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, substance abuse, marriage counseling and family counseling. I refer to myself as a "simple-minded therapist" which means we will explore simple ways to address the presenting concerns because many times the solutions are so simple they can be easily overlooked. I am a firm believer that holding a conversation is more productive than expounding on theoretical approaches.
Hey there, I'm Valerie!
Do you feel like no matter what you do, things aren't going the way you'd like? Are you struggling to maintain healthy relationships, work and life in general? Is it hard to be kind and compassionate to yourself?
I help clients manage depression, anxiety, and to process all kinds of trauma. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you where you would like to be. I use a holistic approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also work extensively with all kinds of relationship challenges and work to establish healthy relationships with family members, partners, children, and friends.
Whatever you are dealing with, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary and I admire the courage it took for you to get started. Hi my name is Amy, and I first want to acknowledge how difficult and scary it feels to begin the process of therapy, either for the first time or starting with a new therapist. I take very seriously the enormous strength that takes and I work very hard to ensure that you feel safe and heard as we begin the therapeutic relationship. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 15 years of experience providing counseling in both inpatient and outpatient centers. I received my Master’s degree in counseling in 2008, from Webster University. I had the privilege of working in an inpatient eating disorder facility for five years and have continued that work in outpatient settings. I am an ally to the LGBTQ community and it is important to me that clients find this a safe space.
I have a passion for connecting with teenagers, college students and career women to build a safe place with an adult where they can voice their feelings and experiences without fear of judgement. I also especially enjoy working with young adult women as they navigate their way through the process of beginning adulthood. I have experience with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and general women’s issue. I am especially passionate about working with CPTSD and PTSD. I have received training and supervision in working with trauma as it is a highly specialized field. Trauma survivors need validation, belief, compassion and acceptance first and foremost before a trusting relationship can be established. I have working with women exiting a toxic relationship, having endured narcissistic abuse and/or infidelity (betrayal trauma) which is many times misunderstood by well-intentioned people. My approach is warm, compassionate and highly empathetic as I work to establish a safe environment for healing to take place.

Hi. My name is Vikita Bracey, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I’ve been practicing for 17 years. I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background including people with trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, grief and loss and relationship problems. My primary population are Veterans and adolescents. The goal in treatment is become the best versions of themselves. In counseling we would work together to build a foundation for healthy outcomes and beliefs systems.
Hi, I’m Kim, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting adults through trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and difficult life transitions. I am trained in EMDR and have a particular interest in helping clients process painful experiences and move toward healing at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I believe meaningful therapy begins with feeling safe, heard, respected, and free from judgment. Together, we can explore how past experiences, loss, relationships, thoughts, and emotions may be affecting your present life while building healthier ways of coping and responding.
I integrate EMDR with evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. My work emphasizes emotional regulation, self-awareness, healthy boundaries, communication, self-compassion, and practical coping skills.
Trauma and grief can affect how we see ourselves, relate to others, and navigate everyday life. Loss can also bring complicated emotions, including sadness, guilt, anger, confusion, or a sense of feeling disconnected from yourself or others. I provide space to work through these experiences without pressure to “move on” before you are ready.
I approach this work with careful attention to emotional safety, preparation, stabilization, and readiness. Therapy does not need to be rushed. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you understand what you are carrying, and support you in building greater confidence, resilience, and trust in yourself as you move forward.

My name is Ashley and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have worked in a variety of settings: psychiatric inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, residential, outpatient, and in corrections. In all of these different settings I have met people where they are at and these experiences have shaped my counseling style. I greatly enjoy my work and helping others and I have seen people through all different walks of life for the last 11 years. I create a safe space and meet people where they are at. I believe that counseling is individualized and I work with clients on not just surviving but learning how to thrive. My goal is to help clients identify growth opportunities, overcome what may be holding them back, and to empower them to be able to take back control of their thoughts, actions, and lives.
My name is Samantha Frum. I am a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I have 8 years of experience working with adolescents, families, and young adults experiencing high conflict, crisis, and unresolved trauma. As a Nova Southeastern University graduate with a Master’s degree in Counseling with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health, I bring evidence-based therapeutic approaches to every client relationship.
In my practice, I work with young adults who are feeling stuck in cycles anxiety, depression and PTSD symptoms. I provide a warm, direct, and collaborative space to address what’s beneath the surface. I take a holistic approach to therapy while primarily integrating CBT, DBT and EMDR into my practice. Using evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with a family systems and trauma focused approach, I help clients build skills for emotional regulation, healthy communication, and resilience.
With CBT we'll explore how your thoughts influence your emotions, behaviors, and overall well-being. With EMDR we will create your Trauma Timeline and work to clear out distressing memories. My goal is to guide clients toward greater understanding, connection, and relief from the stressors they’re facing.
