Hi! My name is Moriah E. McCarthy. I am a licensed mental health counselor that believes in a holistic and blended approach with respect for the mind-body-spirit connection. Mental health is a pivotal component of all wellness. Treatment with me blends the exploration of the past and the deepening of insight with more concrete interventions and a forward-focused momentum. I use psycho-education and skills-building to empower clients to support themselves after counseling. Strengths and weaknesses are brought forward to integrate thoughts, feelings and actions into the whole self. I believe in collaborating with clients throughout the process. Clients feel supported and also challenged to take responsibility for their own success. When you work with me, I hope that we partner in your treatment. I value your feedback, appreciate you opening to possibilities, and taking action for greater stability. My approach is best described as client-centered and creative.

Hola! If you are reading this you have stepped out of your comfort zone and are exploring who you can trust with your innermost thoughts and feelings. As a mental health professional, I have seen first-hand the plight of the human condition. Throughout the past 20+ years, I have gained incredible experience & insight that have uniquely prepared me for this work. As a licensed clinical social worker I have served diverse populations well, throughout the New York Tri-State area as well as in Florida's Southwest & Central areas since 2013 in various capacities. From my own curative journey I have borrowed a whole-person approach: mind, body, & soul. There is no "magic pill," or quick fixes when it comes to harnessing sustainable mental wellness. It has been my personal experience that this process can lead to deep restoration from the layers of adversity. Each layer will reveal itself in its own time. This is why therapy will look different for everyone at different stages of life. I would be honored to support you in exploring what hurts, frustrates, confuses, & a host of other emotions that come up when revisiting difficult childhood experiences, losses, grievances, life transitions, & postpartum. As a trauma-informed & trauma-responsive professional, I will hold a non-judgmental space, where you will be patiently supported and spurred on along your therapeutic journey. You will be provided with a safe place where you can explore your thoughts & emotions to manifest a shift in your perspective developing the clarity, growth, peace, & healing you so desire.

Let me guess: You've been thinking about therapy for a while now. Maybe months, maybe years, but something kept stopping you. Too busy, too expensive, "it's not that bad yet," or maybe just the fear of opening up to a stranger who might judge you or not really get it. Here's what I want you to know: You're already doing the hardest part by being here, you don't need to wait until things get worse, you don't need permission to ask for help, and you definitely don't have to figure this out alone. That's literally what I'm here for. As a board-certified bilingual therapist (MS, LMHC, LPC, NCC) licensed in Florida, Texas, and New Jersey, veteran, and founder of Time to Talk Therapy, I've spent over 10 years supporting more than 3,000 clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions that once felt impossible. I've worked everywhere from crisis units and corrections facilities to refugee shelters and quiet therapy rooms, supporting people through chronic mental illness, personality disorders, abuse, trauma, ADHD, OCD, addictions, and some of the hardest moments of their lives. Here's what I know for sure: healing doesn't require perfection, it requires honesty and someone who actually gets it. You're not broken, you're dealing with hard things, and you deserve help that feels supportive, not cold, not judgmental, not like one more thing you're supposed to "fix" about yourself. Every client should feel like they found exactly the right person. If your main concerns involve grief, substance use, divorce, or couples therapy, you will find someone here who is a better fit. For everything else life has thrown your way? I'm right here. 📣Life can get busy, so I offer weekend availability, early-morning/after-hour sessions (6:00AM–10:00PM EST), along with self-pay options ($110) to give you a little more flexibility.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Georgia. My experience comes from providing direct mental health and behavioral counseling for teens and adults with a variety of presenting issues, including anxiety, relationship and family issues, trauma, community violence, gender identity, and depression. I approach the therapeutic relationship with an acute sensitivity and respect for multi/cross-cultural factors. My clinical experience includes working with a diverse population which includes race, youth, families, and adults given my firsthand experience in navigating generational and cultural differences. Representation for minority groups in the broader world of mental health is still very small, and my own professional goals include creating more intersection between my personal knowledge of western cultures and professional experience in providing mental health support. My experience is varied and across settings, as I have provided individual and family therapy in community mental health agencies, school settings and day treatment facilities. I believe that we are all products of our closest relationships, our environment, our family systems, and every moment that leads to the present us. I strive to treat the therapeutic relationship, and you, with compassion, respect, and warmth. My therapy style and approach draws influence from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Psychoeducation, and Structural systems. A top priority for me is to meet you where you are and calibrate treatment and my approach to what will work best for us as we work together to meet your goals. Whether you are working towards enlightenment and insight or symptom-relief and improved functions, my hope is that we can collaboratively work together to achieve it! It takes a lot of strength and will power to work towards a more fulfilling and happier life. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support you and empower you.

My name is Nikki Caravella and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida. I earned my Undergraduate Degree in Social Work at Youngstown State University in 1996 and my Master's Degree at Case Western Reserve University in 1998. Since that time, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse group of clients. Each of them came into service bringing a unique history and presenting with equally distinct needs and expectations of counseling. As a therapist, I treat a wide range of mental health issues and life adjustment challenges. I am experienced in helping clients relieve anxiety using various techniques, including neuro-linguistic programming. For those who have suffered past traumatic events, we can use cognitive/behavioral tools to help reconcile the emotions connected to the events. If you happen to live in or near Ocala and are able to come in person for session, we can utilize a treatment called Accelerated Resolution Therapy to neutralize heightened emotional responses.

Hi, I’m Anakarla. If you’ve been feeling anxious, stuck, hard on yourself, or unsure of who you’re becoming, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to sort it out by yourself. Many of the people I work with are used to “holding it together” on the outside, while quietly feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or questioning their direction on the inside. I’m a Latina therapist who believes therapy should feel warm, supportive, and rooted in real connection, not clinical or distant. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, which means we move at your pace and work together as a team. I see you as the expert of your own life, and my role is to help you make sense of your experiences, gently challenge what’s not serving you, and support you in building a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. Our work together is a mix of reflection and action. We’ll explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while also building practical tools you can use in your everyday life. I often incorporate approaches like CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness, but in a way that feels natural, not overwhelming or overly technical. Think of it as creating a toolkit that helps you not just cope, but feel more grounded, confident, and intentional in how you live. I also believe healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy. When it feels right, I bring in humor and lightness to help you feel more at ease and human in the process.

I am a very straightforward, direct clinician. I work best with motivated clients who may not have the answers but are ready and willing to do the work. I have significant experience working with clients at all levels of care in substance use and mental health treatment. I enjoy untangling ruptures and attachment styles to provide insight around what the underlying issues you are currently struggling with. I am proud and excited to launch my private practice to focus on this client base. Please note I do not take insurance for couples therapy, please message me for more information around this.

At times, many of us carry the weight of the world on our shoulders—like walking around with a bag full of bricks. It’s time to drop the load and get on board. I am a licensed mental health therapist with 15 years of experiences in the field. My passion lies in helping clients from all walks of life addressing the challenges that weigh them down: trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, resentment, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, and anger. My goal is to support you in unpacking those heavy bricks, gaining insight, and exploring real solutions that lead to improved mental well-being. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive space—one where you can begin to trust that you’re not alone. Healing is hard work, but you don’t have to do it alone. I'm passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges. Every day, we go through a series of small revolutions, realizations, adjustments, and changes that expand and contract within our beings. As a mental health practitioner, my goal is to create a safe and trusting environment where individuals can release, process, unpack, and unwind. Essentially, it's a space to breathe. It's crucial to learn to show yourself kindness and compassion, even if you struggle with feeling deserving of it. Because you truly do deserve the best life has to offer! Today is the day to embrace it.

Psychotherapy provides a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore life’s challenges, emotions, and transitions. My goal is to create a safe environment where you feel understood and empowered as we work together to identify your strengths, deepen your self-awareness, and develop effective coping skills. Through this process, we’ll focus on personal growth, resilience, and the tools needed to navigate change with confidence. I was born in Brazil and have also lived in Switzerland, Ecuador, and now the United States. These experiences have shaped my worldview and help me bring a multicultural and compassionate perspective to my work. Given my background, I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and value creating meaningful connections with clients from all backgrounds. Outside of my practice, I’m passionate about exploring cultures through travel. I’ve had the opportunity to visit 30 countries so far. I also enjoy discovering new foods, exercise and spending sunny weekends outdoors in Florida. As a therapist, I’m known for being empathetic, authentic, and attuned to my clients’ needs. I believe everyone possesses inner strengths and resources that, when nurtured, can help overcome challenges and foster meaningful, lasting change.

Sometimes people experience emotional problems (e.g., anxiety, depression), behavioral problems (e.g., overeating, smoking), or relationship problems (e.g., excessive arguing, poor communication) that interfere with their daily functioning. These difficulties result from the interaction of biological, learning, behavioral, and environmental factors, which influence patterns of thinking and behaving. Negative life events can contribute to the development of self-defeating patterns of thinking and behaving, which some people can have difficulty changing. In my work, which I have been practicing for 42 years, I help people identify these self-defeating patterns and develop strategies for dealing with them. I emphasize the importance of practicing these strategies consistently, with the goal of handling emotions more effectively and behaving in more responsible and healthy ways. I focus on life pattern changes with respect to relationships, depression, anxiety, anger control, impulse control, and stress management.

Women's Issues
I help ambitious women redefine success, thrive, and embrace a softer approach to life. I guide you in formulating a plan to let go of the "I have to do it, or it won't get done" mindset and lead a balanced life through self-discovery. Many therapy approaches focus on a single issue, but life is rarely that simple. I have an integrative approach that combines traditional talk therapy with humor, insight, and intuition. Together, we will prioritize a plan that addresses each of your concerns.
