Christian Counseling
Christ centered counseling involves surrendering to God through Jesus Christ to be the center of our lives. "But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you." Matthew 6:33 ESV. This is the starting point of true transformation, and this counselor has seen the benefits of this approach for over 25 years.
Trauma Informed Care
Due to the prevalence of trauma, it is likely that the next person that you meet may have experienced trauma of some kind. Treating people with kindness and consideration of this likelihood is the best practice to promote healing.
