Hello and welcome! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with over 15 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD-related challenges, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve been trying to hold everything together. Whether you’re feeling stuck in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, chronic stress, or difficulty functioning day to day, therapy can offer a space to slow down, better understand the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and begin making meaningful change. I see therapy as a collaborative partnership where we move at your pace while building practical, real-world tools that fit your life and help you feel more grounded, capable, and empowered.
In our first session together, you can expect a compassionate and supportive environment where we will discuss what has brought you to therapy and prioritize what challenges you would like to address first. Together, we will focus on identifying patterns that are no longer serving you and developing strategies that feel realistic, sustainable, and aligned with your goals.
My greatest strength is the approach I bring to the therapeutic relationship which is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I want my clients to feel at ease in sessions and most importantly, feel heard and accepted. My belief is that people already have the tools to improve their lives, and my role is to be there to help my clients uncover and amplify them. I take a very individualized approach to therapy as each person has unique needs, with my ultimate goal being to empower individuals to step outside of their comfort zone , challenge maladaptive thinking and take control of your healing.
My ideal clients are adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and ADHD-related challenges. Many of my clients find themselves overthinking, second-guessing themselves, feeling stuck in self-criticism, or having difficulty managing the demands of daily life. Together, we will work to better understand these patterns, rebuild confidence, and create practical, lasting change. I offer a nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, feel heard and supported, and work towards creating a life that feels more manageable and fulfilling.

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients respond differently to difficult thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Rather than avoiding painful feelings or getting caught up in self-criticism, we work on noticing those experiences with more openness and less judgment. ACT helps clients build self-awareness, increase emotional flexibility, and take practical steps toward the life they want to live. My goal is to support you in making meaningful changes while also developing greater self-compassion along the way.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected while building practical tools to manage anxiety, improve mood, and strengthen day-to-day functioning. In our work together, we’ll identify unhelpful thought patterns, increase awareness of your inner dialogue, and learn how to evaluate automatic thoughts more objectively. My goal is to help you develop skills that feel useful in everyday life so you can respond to challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and balance.
I utilize Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients understand that they already possess the tools and resources to make positive change in their lives. SFBT is a present and future focused collaborative model that focuses on your strengths in order to identify what is already working as opposed to what is holding you back. You are the expert on your own life and my job is to uncover your inherent resilience and work together to come up with actionable, small step solutions to shift your mindset and define your ideal future.
