Sustainable change isn't a matter of willpower; it’s a matter of design.
Most people who feel 'stuck' aren't lacking motivation—they are simply operating within a system that wasn't built to support their unique brain or their highest goals. As an LMHC and BCBA with over 15 years of clinical experience, I specialize in the science of behavior to help you move past 'trying harder' and start 'building smarter.' I define my approach as Behavioral Architecture. Together, we identify the environmental friction—procrastination, anxiety, or digital distraction—and replace self-blame with structural solutions. Through the Masterpiece Framework, we audit your daily systems to ensure they align with your core values and the identity you are intentionally cultivating. We aren't just changing habits; we are clearing the path so you can live with the clarity and intention of a Masterpiece in progress.
As a bilingual clinician, I offer a practical perspective that honors the challenge of navigating diverse cultures. I help you bridge the gap between your heritage and your future, ensuring the systems we design together are both culturally resonant and personally meaningful.

With teens and adults, sessions are conversational, reflective, and skill-focused, helping you better understand yourself, shift unhelpful patterns, and feel more steady day to day. I work with teens and women (18+) who feel anxious, stuck, or disconnected from themselves, whether that comes from life experiences, past hurt, or just not knowing what’s next. Hi, I'm Ashley. I believe that somewhere underneath the anxiety, the self-doubt, and the patterns that keep repeating, there is a version of you that already knows the way. My job isn't to fix you or direct you. It's to create a space steady enough that you can actually hear yourself. Together we get curious about the thoughts that won't quiet down, the emotions that feel bigger than the moment, the behaviors that keep showing up even when you don't want them to, and what all of it is actually trying to tell you. I bring tools into our work that help you understand what's happening in your mind and body when you're overwhelmed, so you can actually do something about it instead of just surviving it. But more than any method or modality, I show up as a real person walking alongside you, not as the expert on your life.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or disconnected from yourself or others, you’re not alone. Many of my clients come to me during times of transition, stress, or uncertainty, unsure of how to move forward but knowing something needs to change.
I work with teens and adults who are navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship stress, and major life changes. Some clients are looking for relief from the daily weight of worry or sadness; others are trying to make sense of who they are and how to live more fully.
Therapy is a confidential space to slow down, reflect honestly, and gain a deeper understanding of what is happening in your life, and why certain thoughts, emotions, and patterns continue to resurface. Couture Counseling Services was founded on the idea that therapy should be crafted with authenticity and care. People deserve more than simply a generic approach to healing.
An effective therapeutic experience offers something rare: a place to speak openly, feel understood, and practice meaningful work without judgment. It can help you untangle old patterns, strengthen relationships, and move through life with more clarity, intention, and self-trust.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida providing virtual therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Over the past four years in private practice, I have worked with clients from all walks of life who are struggling to navigate anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, PTSD, neurodivergence, attachment issues, parenting stress, psychotic disorders, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
Some clients come in knowing exactly what hurts or feels overwhelming. Others know something feels off. Either way, we start there.
My style is warm, thoughtful, adaptable, and deeply attuned. Sessions are intentionally structured to support progress while still feeling relaxed, genuine, and conversational rather than overly clinical. I blend evidence-based approaches with artistic expression, curiosity, humor, empathy, and practical insight. Together, we identify goals, understand patterns, explore how the past echoes in the present, and build strategies that support meaningful, lasting change.
Are you feeling overwhelmed by daily obligations? Do you find yourself having difficulty focusing? Maybe you find yourself thinking you’re not good enough or feel like an imposter. Feeling things are out of your control, the tension in your body, the feeling you can’t possibly get everything done without disappointing others and you want relief now. Anxiety can be debilitating. Those racing thoughts that feel uncontrollable do not have to be the main character in your life. I look forward to teaching you the strategies that will give you your life back.
We’ll start by untangling your thoughts and feelings so you can gain clarity. By practicing acceptance, you can focus on taking actionable steps that move you towards your goals that align with your values. You'll develop effective coping strategies and thus gain resilience so you are better able to manage your stress no matter what comes your way.
Life brings many challenges so your feelings are valid. I will actively listen to your needs and create a safe and supportive environment for you to freely share your concerns. I am here to provide guidance, support, and understanding. I hope to meet with you so we can work together placing you on the path towards mental well being.
I would describe myself as a goofy and radically empathetic therapist that struggles with severe ADHD and also anxiety. Not to mention the grief! I am big on being vulnerable myself. We must lead by example. I also am a strong believer in the power of connection. If you cannot connect with your therapist, research says that therapy is not likely to be effective. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship above all else. That is my foundation. That means I pride myself on not being a robot. I cannot believe I have to say this, but many students in therapy have told me that they have had robotic therapist. That is not me. I believe the most powerful therapeutic techniques are empathy and unconditional love, and those are the values I do my best to display consistently.
I currently provide individual counseling to students at Miami Dade College and I have found that I really enjoy working with college students that recently graduated from high school. I find that the world treats them cruelly at such an overwhelming time of their lives and they deserve unconditional love, not tough love.
First, I want to take a moment to celebrate you for taking the first steps on your therapy journey. Whether this is your 1st time or 100th time, we can celebrate that you are showing up for yourself. I graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Psychology, MEd in Mental Health Counseling, and an EdS degree. I also have a Sports Psychology Coach certification. My clinical experience ranges from outpatient therapy for ages 3+ to crisis counseling at a children’s psychiatric hospital. I have specialized experience with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes.
I’m a mental health professional with a deep and varied background in education, counseling, human services, and advocacy. Over the years, I’ve worked alongside adults, youth, and families navigating trauma, identity shifts, life transitions, and the lasting weight of systemic challenges like poverty, incarceration, and intergenerational trauma. I don’t just see symptoms, I see people. Whole people. And I meet them exactly where they are.
My practice offers a gentle, supportive, and compassionate approach—always grounded in kindness and, most importantly, free of judgment. I hold a master’s degree in School Counseling and am a licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting students and families. My approach is warm, approachable, and grounded in realism, helping clients feel heard and understood. I use a solution-focused framework to guide individuals toward practical and meaningful growth. I’m proud to already work with many wonderful clients and am excited to continue expanding my practice to support even more people on their journey toward emotional wellness.
Hi, I’m Melissa. I’m a mindfulness advocate who believes in meeting people where they are, especially when life feels complex or overwhelming. I’m dedicated to creating a safe and compassionate space where we can collaborate on meaningful goals and deepen your connection with yourself.
I specialize in working with trauma, relationships, and life transitions—including the profound moments of birth and death. Life can bring both beauty and challenges, and sometimes it can feel overwhelming to carry it all alone. Therapy offers a place to bring your whole self: your hopes, fears, emotions, and stories, so together we can explore what matters most to you and set meaningful goals.
I believe we all hold the answers within us, even if life’s struggles make them hard to hear. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy and trust, helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom and uncover a deeper sense of self. Whether you are navigating a specific challenge or seeking greater clarity and growth, you deserve support that honors your unique journey.
I’m a collaborative therapist who genuinely loves this work and that comes through in every session. I care deeply about the people I work with, and I see myself as part of your team, not just someone you report to. Outside of the office, I stay active, spend time outdoors, and keep investing in my own growth. I use the same tools I teach, because mental health is something we all have to work at.
I believe healing is deeply personal. My job isn’t to hand you a roadmap, it’s to help you find your own strengths, build real confidence, and move toward the life you actually want.

I look forward to the possibility of working together and helping you achieve your personal goals.
Warm regards
I’m Michael Blake‑Edwards, a psychotherapist who works with professionals who look like they have it all together on the outside, but inside feel scattered, on edge, or disconnected. You’ve done the work, pushed yourself to grow, built the career, stayed disciplined, but something still feels off. That sense of being stuck or running on autopilot isn’t weakness; it’s your mind and body asking for something deeper.
My focus is on helping clients uncover the root causes behind distraction, restlessness, or burnout, whether it’s unrecognized ADHD, stress, or lingering effects of trauma. I integrate evidence‑based methods like EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) with a practical, goal‑oriented approach that meets you where you are. Together, we’ll build tools for lasting focus, clarity, and calm, without losing your edge.
With over 12 years of clinical experience, I’m a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and ADHD‑Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD‑CCSP), and I regularly pursue advanced training to stay on top of what works. My background includes community mental health, inpatient rehabilitation, and trauma recovery, experiences that taught me how resilient people can be when given the right tools and space to grow.
Therapy with me isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about rediscovering the version of yourself that already knows how to adapt, lead, and thrive, even under pressure. If you’re ready to move past self‑doubt, regain control of your focus, and build a steadier foundation for success and peace of mind, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.

My name is Alexis Ramsey a licensed mental health professional with 5 years experienced as a licensed clinician. I use brief solution focused oriented therapy to assist in identifying the presenting problem causing significant distress. Then I collaboratively come up with a plan of action that works for your specific situation. Using specific goals and objectives that are to be worked on weekly we can monitor progress and make alterations when necessary.
With over 30 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring a deep understanding of the therapeutic process and a strong commitment to helping individuals thrive. I have served in a wide range of clinical and leadership roles-therapist, clinical supervisor, clinical director, and adjunct professor-and have worked in diverse settings such as group homes, outpatient clinics, mental health centers, schools, and most recently, private practice. Licensed as an LPC in Colorado and an LMHC in Florida, I am committed to providing effective, compassionate care that is both present-focused and future-oriented—helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and hope.
My professional path began in high-pressure corporate environments where performance, long hours, and responsibility were expected. After more than two decades in complex global organizations — earning an MBA from George Washington University and completing postgraduate work at Emory University — I saw firsthand how chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, and unresolved trauma can destabilize both professional and personal life.
For the past decade, I have provided psychotherapy in psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment programs, Drug Court, and private practice settings. A significant portion of my training involved delivering intensive trauma therapy within a court-supervised program, working with individuals experiencing PTSD, substance use disorders, anger issues, and significant life disruption. That environment required structure, mutual accountability, and advanced emotional regulation skills. It also required the disciplined application of evidence-based trauma treatments while maintaining psychological safety in high-intensity situations.
I specialize in helping adults work through trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, identity concerns, and relationship strain — particularly when the life they have built no longer feels sustainable or aligned with who they want to become.
