I strive for all of my clients to feel seen, heard, respected, accepted, and not judged. From the very first session, my clients feel heard through my exceptional empathic listening skills. I ask evocative questions to get to the heart of the matter and to push the client to think more in depth and perhaps even with a different perspective about struggles or experiences that have caused them strife.

Hi! My name is Semir.
Are you looking for a way to develop skills to overcome anxiety, depression, and other issues within your life?
Well, together we can work on creating a plan to achieve your goals. Therapy is a collaborative effort we will focus on catering it to your needs. Whether you have anxiety, depression, struggling with substance use, trauma, and mood disorders. We can develop strategies to empower you to be the best you.
I have 4-years of experience working with those suffering from trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and other forms of issues. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to address a variety of issues. I provide EMDR therapy, CBT therapy, or DBT therapy depending on your needs.
I believe what makes therapy successful is the relationship you form with your therapist. Therefore, my approach is to create a safe, and empowering environment for you to feel supported.
