Hi there! I'm Madelin. Do you feel unmotivated, mentally blocked or being pulling in different directions? Is it difficult to manage overwhelming feelings of anxiety and panic? Do you have difficulty overcoming substances or a traumatic event? Do you need someone provide an empathic ear? I am highly motivated to assist you in achieving your goals and processing relational issues in a safe and caring environment. It is imperative for you to feel supported and understood through your journey. I have had a variety of clinical experience with different populations from children to the elderly. I am also fluently bilingual in English and Spanish.
In a first session we will have a brief introduction and dive in with patience into your specific challenges and history. We will have an empathetic conversation on your therapeutic goals and set a plan together.
Treatment practices primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and motivational interviewing to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals. I've has been serving clients who have experienced with anxiety, depression, life transition, end of life, grief, relational issues, anger management and gender identity.

I best serve individuals and couples who are looking for support to untangle the difficulties they are experiencing. They are seeking a supportive environment to process their feelings of being stuck, fears, worries, sadness, anxieties. As well as couples who are in conflict, needing to reconnect, communicate. Needing to create an understanding and open environment.
