Hi, I'm Ricardo. I'm a Hispanic man who's done my own work in therapy to figure out who I am and who I want to be—which is a big part of why I do this work today.
I went into counseling field because I kept seeing people who felt unheard or misunderstood by the people around them, often carrying more than anyone realized. That's especially true for a lot of men and teenage boys I've worked with—individuals who feel like they're supposed to be strong, keep things to themselves, or handle things alone, but who rarely have a space to actually talk about what's underneath that. I grew up seeing some of those same pressures and unhealthy patterns around what it means to "be a man," and part of my work now is helping men and boys move away from those roles and into a healthier, more grounded version of who they are—as partners, providers, sons, and people.
I especially enjoy working with teenage boys who are figuring out who they are, often at an age when it's hard to talk to the adults around them about what's really going on. I try to meet them where they are—not lecturing, not judging—so they actually want to keep showing up and talking.
For parents: if your son is pulling away, shutting down, or you're just not sure how to reach him right now, that's exactly the kind of thing we can work through together.
Outside of the therapy room, I'm endlessly curious—I love traveling, learning about different cultures, sports, and music (I play a bit of guitar). I think that mix of curiosity, care, and having done some of my own work is a lot of what I bring into the room with clients.

As a Therapist with over 25 years' experience, I work with children, adolescents, families, and individuals to strengthen relationships and overall functioning. My approach to counseling is the fundamental importance of emotional connections. We need to create and sustain healthy relationships with others that involved healthy boundaries and communication. Many things can disrupt our emotional connections with others and our goal together, is to repair and strengthen connections to promote healthy relationships.
My therapeutic modalities are eclectic given the particular situation. I am trained in Cognitive Behavior and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Family Systems Therapy with a strength based, client centered approach. The warmth, attunement and understanding I have for my clients, helps me to create a connection of trust and respect within the therapeutic environment.
People often come to therapy carrying emotional pain, life stressors, or patterns they’ve been struggling with for a long time. I work with individuals from diverse and multicultural backgrounds who are navigating challenges related to mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.
My approach is person-centered and collaborative, rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own life and experiences. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. Hello! I’m a Florida-based Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, families, and groups across outpatient, inpatient, residential, and school-based settings. These experiences have taught me that no two people or stories are alike. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself as you navigate stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
I see therapy as a partnership built on trust, genuine connection, and empathy. I use an integrative, evidence-based approach to tailor the experience to your unique needs, while meeting you where you are and working together to understand what matters most to you.
After a career in the corporate world, I "reinvented" by going back to school to obtain a masters degree in counseling. I have worked at the VA, FL civil commitment prison, a psychiatric hospital and for the last five years counsel for a local hospital system serving a diverse population. Married, 5 kids, (3 adopted), cats and dogs, successes and failures in both business and personal life. I continue to learn how to navigate life's challenges and find meaning and purpose helping others. I practice CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, but believe the client's language should drive their journey. Being heard and understood is a partnership. Cultivating peace inside us allows us to see things as they really are. I pledge to always do my best for you.

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth and resilience.
Welcome—I am glad you are here. Taking the step to look for a therapist takes a lot of grit, especially when you are already carrying a heavy load. My name is Nadinna Guerrero, and I am a mental health therapist dedicated to helping adults process trauma, navigate complex relationship dynamics, and reclaim their lives. Many men grow up receiving messages that they need to "have it all together" or handle their pain silently, but in our sessions, you can completely drop that weight. I provide a grounded, straightforward, and entirely non-judgmental space where we can look at what is really going on beneath the surface. Whether you are trying to break out of painful relationship loops, struggling to communicate effectively with the people you love, or dealing with the persistent echoes of past trauma, we will tackle it together as a team. Our work won't just be about talking through the hard days; it will be about understanding how your past shapes your present, healing those root wounds, and giving you practical, real-world tools to move forward with confidence. You do not have to figure this out alone, and you do not have to have it all sorted out before you start. If you are ready to stop just surviving and start building a life that feels authentic, connected, and resilient, let's connect for an initial consultation.

👋 Hi, I’m Don Patton, I’m a licensed mental health therapist specializing in substance use, co-occurring mental health conditions, and the patterns that keep people stuck despite wanting to change. My background is primarily in residential treatment, where I’ve worked closely with individuals in early recovery navigating high risk transitions, emotional instability, and repeated relapse cycles.
That experience has shaped how I approach therapy. I’ve seen firsthand that insight alone is not enough. Many of the people I work with are intelligent, self-aware, and capable, but continue to struggle when it comes to applying that awareness in real-life situations. My work is focused on closing that gap.
I tend to be direct, structured, and practical in session. I will challenge thinking patterns that are keeping you stuck; while also helping you build tools that are realistic and usable outside of therapy. At the same time, I understand that change requires trust, consistency, and a space where you can be honest without judgment.
My goal is not just to help you understand yourself better, it’s to help you create measurable, sustainable change in how you think, respond, and move forward.
With over 30 years of public service and a strong foundation in military and clinical care, I bring deep experience, compassion, and understanding to my work as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
My journey began in the U.S. military, where I served as a medic in hospitals and clinics across the country. There, I witnessed firsthand the impact of trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges—an experience that inspired my lifelong dedication to helping others heal.
Following my service, I spent over two decades in crisis intervention, responding to and supporting individuals in crisis. These years reinforced my belief that empathy, patience, and listening can change lives.
Hi, I’m Liza Melgar, LMHC, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over five years of experience helping teens, adults, and older adults navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions.
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and empowered to make real change. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT, I’ll help you build practical coping skills while uncovering the deeper patterns holding you back.
In our sessions, you can expect a space that’s supportive yet honest where you can explore, heal, and reconnect with your inner strength at your own pace. My goal is to help you not only feel better but also create lasting change that aligns with who you are and how you want to live.
If you’re ready to start healing, growing, and moving toward a more grounded version of yourself, I’d be honored to walk beside you on that journey.
After overcoming some of my own personal struggles by utilizing therapy, I began my career in mental health with a deep passion for helping people find healing and purpose through some of life’s most difficult moments. Over the years, I’ve been privileged to work with dually diagnosed populations, lead multidisciplinary teams, and implement quality assurance programs that elevate client care. Originally trained in both Environmental Sciences and Anthropology, my perspective as a therapist is grounded in curiosity, connection, and respect for each person’s unique story.
My name is Veronica Williams, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you have been carrying so much on your own. At times, you may find yourself questioning your decisions, feeling emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed by stress, or simply struggling to keep up with the demands of everyday life.
My goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable exploring the things that have been weighing on you. Together, we can work toward identifying patterns, developing healthier coping skills, building confidence, and helping you feel more grounded and in control as you move forward.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides virtual therapy services to adolescents, college students, adults, and older adults. I am committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, build on their strengths, and work toward meaningful personal growth. Through the convenience of telehealth, I help individuals address concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and emotional well-being. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals, empowering them to develop effective coping skills and achieve lasting positive change.
I am a therapist who values the courage it takes to seek help and take the first step toward working on yourself. I understand that life can become overwhelming, and that responsibilities, personal experiences, cultural background, education, or simply being in survival mode can sometimes get in the way of prioritizing your emotional well-being. Therefore, I offer a space where people can slow down, better understand the patterns behind what they feel, and learn how to navigate life with more clarity, emotional balance, and self-understanding rather than constantly feeling like they are just trying to survive through it.

My approach is both goal-directed and flexible; we will work together to identify what matters most to you and build a path forward at your own pace.
I believe that people as unique individuals have the capacity to grow, heal and change, learning new ways to improve their health and well-being in all areas of life, including biological, psychological, social, and spiritual. Personal growth is facilitated by setting and working toward goals, assessing and building strengths in these areas to develop skills and resources that help them manage life challenges.
As a professional, I focus on working collaboratively with my clients in a safe and open environment to identify goals and work towards positive resolutions.
I’m Jose De La Cruz, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) trained and certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), specializing in helping clients improve emotional regulation, confidence, anxiety management, and overall mental well-being. I work with individuals who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, stress, self-doubt, burnout, unhealthy coping patterns, or emotional overwhelm and want practical tools and deeper change.
My approach combines evidence-based therapies such as CBT and EMDR with emotional regulation strategies to help clients better understand themselves, gain control over their emotions, and create meaningful behavioral change. Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, confidence, relationships, stress, or life transitions, my goal is to help them feel more grounded, empowered, and capable in their daily life.
As a counselor, I believe that healing begins with understanding — both of ourselves and of the patterns that shape how we live, think, and feel.
My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and compassionate. I deeply believe in meeting clients where they are, and I honor the pace at which each person is ready to move. Growth takes time, and every step forward is meaningful. I hold the belief that we each already carry the strength, wisdom, and resilience we need within us — sometimes we just need help uncovering it. By gently shifting away from unhelpful patterns and learning to embrace more empowering ways of thinking and being, we make room for courage, clarity, and transformation.
Most importantly, I want clients to know that this deep and necessary inner work doesn't have to be done alone. As a counselor, my goal is to walk alongside you — with honesty, care, and encouragement — as you navigate life’s challenges and rediscover what’s possible for you.

As a result, I have a particular passion for working with veterans, active-duty military members, first responders, healthcare professionals, and others whose careers require them to care for others while often neglecting themselves.
I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's most challenging moments with compassion and care. Whether you're managing the weight of everyday stress, processing loss, or seeking tools to better support yourself or a loved one, I meet you where you are and walk alongside you toward clarity and resilience.
