I am a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience treating substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, and gender identity and transitional issues in a wide variety of settings including residential, intensive outpatient, and correctional facilities.
I have five years experience using CBT to effectively treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, and stressful life situations. Together, we can work to help you become aware of thinking patterns creating issues affecting your quality of life. Exploration of the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behavior, can help you clearly view life's challenges and successfully tackle them in a healthy way.
