What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first session, we will discuss the history of your life to gain an understanding of your needs. It's important for us to work on building rapport and finding out how to work together to reach your goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

Eclectic Therapists value the fact that each client is unique and has unique needs in therapy. Everyone's goals cannot be reached in the same way or using one form of therapy. We figure out what works best together.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a type of therapy that helps people understand that our thoughts, bodies, feelings, and behaviors are all connected. This type of therapy is used to help people understand "Why did I do that?" or "Why did I feel that way and have that reaction?"

Positive Psychology

Positive psychology seeks to shift the focus from solely treating mental illness to also exploring the positive aspects of human experience. It aims to help individuals identify and cultivate their strengths, build meaningful relationships, and live lives that are rich in purpose and fulfillment.
