With the use of evidence-based approaches that include: mindfulness, relaxation techniques, CBT, DBT, reality therapy, solution focused therapy, strength based Therapy, supportive therapy, and humanistic approaches, we will work on your specific goal(s) with the purpose of arriving at an outcome you desire.
