Hi, I’m Shari. With more than 26 years of experience as a licensed mental health counselor, I believe every person has inherent worth that exists beyond their struggles, diagnoses, or life circumstances. At the heart of my practice is a commitment to seeing people through mercy and grace, recognizing dignity beyond dysfunction, strength alongside suffering, and hope even in life's most difficult seasons. These principles shape how I understand each client's story and guide the therapeutic relationship we build together. I recognize that many of the ways people cope with anxiety, trauma, grief, or life's challenges began as creative ways to survive difficult circumstances. Rather than defining people by their symptoms or past experiences, I seek to understand their unique story, honor the resilience that has carried them this far, and help them build healthier patterns that support lasting healing and growth. I also believe spirituality is a source of meaning, hope, and resilience that is distinct from religious beliefs or practices. Whether you identify as religious, spiritual, both, or neither, I respect your values and will thoughtfully incorporate them into therapy only if they are important to you. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and evidence-based. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, caregiver stress, chronic illness, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you gain insight, build practical coping skills, and reconnect with your strengths so you can move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

I am Kai Hutson, a licensed mental health counselor located in Florida. I graduated with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in November of 2021 from Walden University. With my degree, I also gained a specialization in treating addiction. I completed my internship in mental health counseling with Children’s Home Society from March of 2021 through November 2021. During my time in my internship, I counseled patients from the age of 9-45, and gained experience in counseling with a variety of issues, including anxiety, Depression, OCD, and PTSD. I also led a counseling group that helped children ages 9-12 deal with divorce and the challenges that come along with that. I have been working as counselor post-gradsince February of 2022. I have counseled clients from the age of 6-74, gaining experience in a variety of issues including oppositional defiance, anxiety, depression, PTSD, self-esteem, and intrusive thoughts. I became a counselor after I received counseling herself, and the impact that it made on my life inspired me to want to help people in the same way that I was helped. If I am able to help one person in the same way that I was helped, then this career is worth it to me. I uses a Strengths-Based approach, combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My goal as a counselor is to help her patients manage the curveballs that life often throws us with the help of coping skills and a positive outlook.

My name is John A. Llauget. I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University and an Educational Specialist Degree in Counseling from University of South Florida. My career in mental health in 1977 working in a psychiatric hospital; and later as a outpatient therapist in a community mental health center working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. I was licensed in Florida in 1986 as a Mental Health Counselor and have maintained my license since that date. Also I have worked as an employee assistance counselor, school counselor, associate professor at an international university, and court evaluator for guardianship cases. For 20 years I worked as a cancer counselor with oncology clients helping them cope with illness, stress, and emotional distress. Additionally I have maintained a practice and interest in Traditional Okinawan Uechi-Ryu, earning a Masters rank in that system of training. I have used martial training with children & adolescents to develop self-control and self esteem. Later when I began working with an elderly population and clients dealing with physical limitations, I taught Qigong and Mindfulness Meditation as a way to improve their health, well-being, and cope with stress. My therapeutic style centers around getting to know a client, develop trust, and talking more explicitly about issues before making any recommendations. I am a strong advocate of evidence-based treatments and teaching ‘tools’ to cope with stress and emotional difficulties. I have gained training in trauma treatment because we now know that it is prevalent in our life experiences. I value compassion, persistence, and patience in working towards change. I look forward to working with you. I also value your time and want to use it productively in assisting you to reach your therapeutic goals.

If you have experienced trauma, you may find it very difficult to trust new people. And many people who have trauma may also have fears about feeling judged, or rejected. It can even feel hard to trust your own mind. I'll work to create an emotionally safe place for you to tackle the things you feel are getting in the way of being able to live a fulfilling life, and to get the help that you need. One of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. I applaud you on taking this first step in investing in your growth and personal development. Sometimes, we are faced with major life changes or challenges that alter our perspective on life, which directly impact our mental, emotional, and social well-being. By promoting a safe, judgement free, and shame free environment, my aim is to allow you the freedom to explore your experiences with a sense of curiosity, compassion, openness, and acceptance. I offer online counseling to individuals, families and groups to help them develop the skills necessary to successfully overcome challenges in life. My background as a high school and college counselor also gives me a wealth of experience to draw from when working with families, adolescents, and young adults. As your therapist, I believe that the healing process begins by creating a safe environment and building and maintaining a strong therapeutic relationship. My ultimate goal is to empower you to make positive life changes while helping you develop confidence in your ability to achieve a healthy balance in all aspects of your life.

I’m Elizabeth Lucarelli, a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, ADHD, depression, chronic illness, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is practical, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should provide a supportive space to feel heard while also helping you understand what is keeping you stuck and develop strategies for moving forward. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing, tailoring treatment to each person rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I also have extensive experience working with veterans and their families. I provide virtual therapy to adults in Michigan, Ohio, and Florida. My practice emphasizes building a supportive and empathetic therapeutic relationship, tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. Whether addressing immediate challenges or fostering long-term well-being, I am committed to helping my clients navigate life's transitions with resilience and confidence. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey towards better mental health and overall well-being.
