I am a licensed mental health counselor committed to helping individuals reclaim their lives. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors and symptoms that are standing in the way of the life you want to live. I believe everyone, regardless of the obstacle, has the ability and internal fortitude to overcome adversity and reach their goals. I spend several years working in a specialized women's program where I learned the importance of addressing mental health and trauma in setting the foundation for change. “Trauma is perhaps the most avoided, ignored, belittled, denied, misunderstood and untreated cause of human suffering.”-Peter Levine I want to bring that same philosophy of addressing these underlying causes to my practice, helping you remove the barriers to your best life! I am passionate about helping people build a strong, stable mental health foundation. I make it a priority to empower Women, and really enjoy working with those who are struggling with women related issues and post-partum mood and anxiety disorders.
