Hi, I’m Andrew and I’m really glad you’re here. I’ve spent the last five years working in the mental health field. After completing my undergraduate degrees and finishing my collegiate and professional sports career, I returned to school and earned my Master of Social Work from Eastern Washington University.
I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of life circumstances. My experience includes working with foster youth, providing comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy, supporting clients in detox and rehabilitation settings, responding to community crises, and serving individuals experiencing homelessness within a housing-first model.
Grounded in DBT, my approach blends acceptance and change. I work collaboratively with clients to deepen insight, identify patterns, and develop practical, empowering strategies. My goal is to offer clarity, encouragement, and a steady presence as you build the skills and confidence to move toward the life you want.
Hello! Nice to meet you.
I'm Adilene and I began my career in the mental health field in 2015 because I profoundly believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to create a fulfilling and emotionally healthy life. I hope to inspire others to develop practical skills and build meaningful support systems that promote lasting change. I am driven by a deep commitment to helping individuals overcome generational trauma and break free from cycles of pain and suffering. Advocacy, growth, and integrity are the principles that guide my work in the mental health field.
I am a first generation daughter of immigrant parents. On a personal level, my own journey through adversity and growth has provided me with empathy and insight into the challenges my clients may face. Whether navigating life transitions, managing stress, or confronting generational patterns, I understand the courage and vulnerability it takes to engage with a therapist.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist who helps people understand themselves on a deeper level and change patterns that keep showing up in their lives. Many of my clients appear to have it together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck internally. They often find themselves repeating the same cycles in relationships, overextending themselves, or struggling to manage their emotions in a way that feels grounded and consistent.
I am direct and honest in how I show up. I create a space where you feel supported while also being challenged to grow. I pay attention to patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck, and I help you begin to shift them in a way that is realistic and sustainable. My focus is not just on talking through problems, but on helping you build awareness and take action so that change happens outside of session as well.
My work centers on anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I support clients in building emotional awareness, strengthening regulation, setting boundaries, and understanding how past experiences influence current patterns. Many of the clients I work with are ready to take a deeper look at themselves and move out of survival mode into a more intentional way of living.
I use approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, and I tailor the work to each client's needs. Whether you are just starting therapy or returning to continue your growth, I meet you where you are and support you in doing the work to create meaningful change.

I have been a licensed therapist for 19 years. I believe the most important part of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. The therapeutic relationship is formed in a collaboration between myself and my clients in an environment of mutual acceptance and respect. In addition to my education, training and experience as a therapist I rely on my innate skills as an active listener, my good memory and genuine caring to guide me in my approach to therapy.

Hi, I’m Christina, a licensed therapist with a background supporting individuals during difficult moments, including crisis support. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitions. In our sessions, I bring a calm presence to the work we do together.
My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental. I provide both support and guidance throughout the process. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, while also helping you better understand what’s been coming up for you. Together, we can explore patterns that may be showing up in your daily life and identify goals that feel meaningful and realistic.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s okay to not have everything figured out. We’ll take things one step at a time as we work through what you’ve been experiencing.
As an American Family Therapist, I work from a systemic perspective, focusing on the entire family unit rather than just the individual. My goal is to help families uncover and understand deep-rooted patterns and issues that interfere with healthy communication and connection. Through this process, I support each member in developing more effective ways of relating, resolving conflict, and fostering emotional safety with the family system. I primarily use Dialectical Behavior Therapy and view my work through that lens. This means focusing on mindfulness, expanding tolerance for discomfort, increasing effectiveness in relationships and strengthening emotional regulation. When challenges arise in therapy, I often find that the root of the issue can be addressed through one of these core areas. For clients struggling with post-traumatic stress injuries-particularly common in military populations-I also incorporate Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help them reframe and work through trauma-related beliefs. My approach is structured, evidence-based, and tailored to the needs of each individual or family.
As a clinician, I am dedicated to achieving results for my clients. I believe my clients can find their best solutions, and my job is to help them navigate towards these goals. I take a collaborative approach, working together with my clients to explore and distinguish difficult emotions and their underlying story. Once my client has a good understanding of where they’ve been and where they are, we can work together to plot a course towards where they want to me.
I’m a warm, compassionate therapist who works with adults seeking clarity, healing, and meaningful change. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected without judgment. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build practical coping skills, and strengthen your confidence so you can feel more balanced, empowered, and connected in your daily life, relationships, and overall well-being.
We are all faced with challenges. These challenges can create limitations that interfere with gaining a sense of self, forming healthy relationships, and pursuing our goals. I believe we should not allow these obstacles to dictate how we respond to the environment around us. Learning healthy coping skills, challenging negative self talk, and setting effective boundaries can facilitate desired outcomes in our daily life. Given the opportunity, I would enjoy working with you right where you are. Let’s get to work!

My name is Christopher, and I believe life can be better than what we have adapted to and gotten used to. Over the years I first began working with the indigent population and there I learned about the connections between substance abuse, mental illness and trauma. I then worked more with addiction when I worked with people struggling to stop substance abuse and once again, I recognized a connection between these behaviors and trauma. Finally, before completing the last stages of earning hours for my license I worked with children and families and noticed the way personal trauma experienced by adults effected parenting and family relationships. Helping people address anxiety and depression symptoms independent of a trauma made improved my abilities who help people that deal with those symptoms along with other trauma indicators.

Hello! I’m Danielle. I am from Massachusetts where I completed my undergraduate (Criminal Justice & Psychology) and graduate (social work) studies. During undergrad, I volunteered with a program that help inmates with serious mental health disorder re-enter to the community. I was told the most efficient way to engage in that type of work was to go to a MSW program, so I did. During my graduate program, I heavily explored crisis intervention/assessments. Since then I have worked at a variety of places, including therapy, case management, prisons, and emergency response.
As someone who has been in and out of therapy since I was young, I never wanted to be administering therapy. I thought being a therapist would be boring and I didn’t really understand it. My goal is to help you gain relief from symptoms, maintain or enhance daily functioning, and improve quality of life. Ultimately, I want you to gain a sense of independence and confidence in your ability to navigate life’s challenges, using the tools and insights you’ve developed in therapy.
